😎 Game creators tend to be passionate about games - both in playing games, and making games. 🕹️ But when it comes to motivation to "work" as a game creator, it does require some boost in work morale. 🔥
👀 In that regard, game expats from Korea in Finland commented about the transparency of finances of the Finnish game companies that they are working at - and how that tends to boost their work motivation and proactiveness. ✨
The transparent company can motivate game creators to feel more engaged with the games and tasks they are assigned to. 🔥 I mean, come to think of it...who would enjoy the experience of being laid off from a game company even though it made billions of dollars secretly in profit...right? 🤔
