I know everyone is dyyyying to know...So! once you have the equation in y=mx+b form you can graph just by looking at the equation! It's that easy!
M is the slope and B is the number that lands on the Y line - so something like y=1/2x+8 means the slope is up 1 over 2 (remember Rise over Run!) and the line crosses the y axis at 8!
There will be a quiz at the end of the chapter!
