Funny story: Once upon a time, I had a full wallet and this thing led me to a chest with 200 rupees in it. I was upset to say the least.
I was surprised to see that this item was called the Stone of Agony. It's a pretty dark name for an item that vibrates whenever there's a hidden hole somewhere.
