Fun fact: Because Emile chose to stay here for so long, I had to redraw the same patch of woodland over and over and over again. So yeah; Emile's efforts may have been futile, but they annoyed the crap out of The Author. I started to hate him after this! He makes plot development so difficult; I only ever warmed back up to him after page 70 or so!
