This series could very well make you uncomfortable.  The extent to which some topics are depicted could be seen as unnecessary.  Allow me to assure you that all mature and possibly triggering material in this series serves a purpose.

However, I understand that certain topics are sensitive and triggering for good reason, and will do my best to sufficiently mark each topic.  I cannot guarantee perfect anticipation and marking of what might upset each reader and, frankly, I have no desire to pick apart my writing in such a way.  So, I advise readers to proceed with their health in mind while remembering that every mature topic is included for a reason.  I encourage you not to conflate trauma being triggered with being made uncomfortable by a harsh reality.

On a less serious note, Reality Whiplash hosts a wide cast of characters, a variety of languages, and a range of POVs.

POVs will be denoted as such:  Character's Name

Sign language will be denoted as such:  "Content of dialogue"

Verbal language, both English and otherwise, will be denoted as such:  "Content of dialogue"

Please pay attention to dialogue tags and the context of the story to catch language shifts.

Reality Whiplash once updated Wednesdays and Saturdays at midnight PST on Tapas with a one-week break between arcs.  Starting July 1st, 2022, Reality Whiplash updated Fridays at midnight PST on Tapas and Fridays any time on Wattpad (Wattpad doesn't allow post scheduling) with a Between Arc Note between arcs.  Chapters that are broken into two parts on Tapas due to character count will have both parts published at once.
