This is the last part of the "character creation" storyline. And yes, Ryogah does glow pink when the sun goes down. It's an interesting quirk that sylvari have and I'm not sure if it's ever really explained why they glow...
I do have some more series like these in the wings, but I think next week will be a "one-off" joke. Stay tuned!
