I use FLUX (or F.LUX) that dims the screen at night so the blue light doesn’t keep me awake all night. Good it - but add “for Mac” just to be sure you land on their site - flux is too common otherwise. You’ll find the app there for desktop and Android. No more iPhone because of something. It’s the pure white light that looks like the sun to your brain under a blanket - so No Sleepy For You!
