"It's… Kayla." The person behind the door replied. I looked at Jaclyn and Jay who were looking at each other. 

"Kayla?" Jaclyn repeated. I hesitantly opened the door. 

"Jay?" I looked at the person. Jay was standing there with a white t-shirt on and his hair was messy. 

"Who are you and where's Jaclyn?" The person that looked like Jay asked. 

"That's me! My body, it's me!" Jay exclaimed, running towards the woman.

"That's me!" The woman (who I'm guessing was Kayla) said. Jaclyn got up and looked at Kayla.

"Jaclyn! Oh I've missed you so much!" Kayla hugged Jaclyn. 

"Is that really you, Kayla?" Jaclyn asked. 

"Yes it is really me! I found it so weird, I woke up and I was in another body. Not to mention that I was in the middle of the woods." Kayla said. Kayla looked like Jay but the way she spoke sounded british. It was like the british doppelganger of Jay. 

"But, who are these people? And why does one of them look  exactly like me? What- don’t tell me I have a long lost twin sister or something" Kayla asked. 

"Um, my name is Mina…" I introduced myself. 

"Woah, he has the same name as your favourite celebrity. It’s quite weird to name your son Mina, though.”

"I am her favourite celebrity. Mina Bridgerfort." I replied

"Eh? I thought she was a woman, Jacky" 

Me and Jay sighed. We explained what had happened, which took almost half an hour, because Kayla was struggling to understand the story. I mean, I can’t blame her, I struggled too at first but now I’m used to it. 

“This is so weird. I don’t even know how I’m supposed to believe this.” Kayla muttered. 

“I’m still edgy about this too, but I have no other choice but to believe all of this.” Jaclyn said.

I sighed, “but what about you Kayla? What happened before you… switched bodies with Jay?” 

“That’s the problem, I don’t remember.” Kayla replied. 

“What? You don’t remember what happened before you died?” I repeated. 

“Well… yeah.” Kayla shrugged. 

“Then, do you atleast remember how you died?” Jay asked. 

“No, I don’t remember.” she answered. 

Jay looked at me and I looked back at him. 

“I think we could help you remember, right Mina?” Jay said, nudging me. 

“Well that was our original plan so yeah…” I sighed. 

“May I see this perseus thingy?” Kayla requested. 

“Oh sure.” I searched around in my pocket but it wasn’t there, “that’s weird, where is it…? Maybe I left it in my house.” I muttered.
“Is that it?” kayla asked. I looked at her, pointing to the table. I looked at where she was pointing and gasped. Perseus was sitting on the counter. 

“How did it get there?” I picked it up and looked at it. 

“Maybe when you call out for it, it shows up.” Jay said.

“What?” 

“He could be right. It definitely wasn’t here before but as soon as you said ‘where is it’, I realised it was on the counter.” Jaclyn explained.

“I mean it’s just a guess…” Jay flustered. I stood up and walked to the living room. 

“What are you doing?” Kayla asked. 

“I’m testing it.” I mumbled, “Perseus.” 

“It disappeared!” Kayla exclaimed. 

“Really?” I looked around and saw Perseus on the couch. 

“Wow… I wonder what else you can do with it? Maybe you can make it invisible!” Jay said, excitedly. I sat back down. 

“But how are we going to find out how Kayla died and get revenge on Eddie or whatever that guy's name is?” Jaclyn questioned. 

“It’s Elliot,” Jay muttered. 

“Yeah Elliot, whatever,” Jaclyn snorted.

“I have a plan…” I announced and everyone looked at me.
