In which various safety issues are attended to.
Now, I know last night was five months ago IRL, so, in case anyone other than Marshal Deguisay needs a reminder: from now on he has to take ten drops of firebloom extract every five hours in order to, well, not drop dead. Gorrion, as his adjutant, has been (officially) informed of this at some point this morning and most likely put in charge of making sure he doesn't miss a dose. Because he's being way too flippant about it himself, and even he realizes it.
