"Multicultural" is not just about putting a bunch of people across the world into one place. 🍲 A truly multicultural community might be a place where people can acknowledge, understand, and respect the difference-ness from each other. 🌏🧑🏿🤝🧑🏼
While talking with game expats, I learned that there are no 'right answers' for making games. 😮 For example, a 'fun' game from this part of the world may not be fun anymore for gamers in different parts of the world. 🎮🎲 Likewise, a 'culturally fit' game-making environment for some can be a barrier for others. 😌 Welcome to the 'global' game industry ✨
Let's respect your own culture - and so as for other cultures. 🥰 You'll never know what type of games and teams you will encounter in this global world. 👍
