Time flies! 🕊️ Cannot believe it has been more than a year since the world shifted upside down with the global pandemic. 😷 Most game companies in Finland have been working fully remotely and/or hybrid ways throughout the year. Now it's no surprise to see game creators working from home. 🏠
While some game creators seem to be totally fine about working from home, some don't. 🙄 Korean game expats also had a similar experience -- those in management-related roles tend to have difficulties as 'managing' people across the computer can be pretty challenging. 😅
I'm also getting used to working these days remotely. But...yes, I do miss visiting my family back home and a casual coffee break with my colleges.☕
