A dream of the past.
I don’t expect this episode to get much traction since it’s more backstory instead of directly Rimworld. I hope it has some cohesion.
If you’re wondering about the weapon, it’s inspired by the Jotun Interstellar weapons from the Rimsenal mod. A lot of the weapons and armor in the series are inspired from that mod pack.
Thankfully, mechanoid swarms don’t exist on the rim.
Should I talk about Valentina? Nah.
I know it’s been two weeks since the last update, sorry. This took a while to plan and I also explored the Oxygen not Included dlc. I’m fairly decent at that game.

In a last ditch effort the ‘No Steel' project launched, with the hope of creating humans, strong enough to face a mech.
The project was never completed. Fearing the A.I. could learn the basics of genetics, all volunteers were launched into space.
Many years later, 'Fall's stasis casket lands on a distant world.
It's a chance at peace, or a new chapter of the Mech War.
