Fight Night Zac The Destroyer

Hit 2

Shaw pointed at the documents placed in front of Valentine on his desk.

"Sign here, and here, initials here and here." He stated as he flipped the pages of the semi-thick stack of paperwork.

Valentine paid attention to the places he was shown to sign. However, he shocked Shaw by picking up the stack, reading line to line. It wasn't the first time Valentine signed something given to him by an alpha. He knew just how sneaky they could be when they wanted to be.

Not the smartest omega, but he has come to catch onto a few things over his years of working. Aware to look for keywords in the fine print before he puts his John Hancock on the paper in ink.

Shaw had finally sat back down behind his desk as he watched the omega. Valentine wasn't just eyeing the sheets for the fun of it. He was going over them. Shaw waited as he took his time, which honestly pissed him off. To be questioned in such a manner. The paperwork had exactly what they had talked about in it. Nothing more, nothing less.

He wasn't going to push the issue. He needed Valentine to sign. So far, he had no one on his staff that was willing to work with Zac at the moment. Zac had stormed his way through everyone. His temper was bad enough in the beginning, but now it is even worse. Shaw was starting to question his losses if he was to let Zac go. He could always find another top fighter right?

Valentine clicked the top of the pen as he finished signing and slid the papers towards the middle of the desk.

"This Asher, was he a typical omega?"

Shaw nodded, "If by typical you mean, shy, timid, scared, always souring up the halls from fear, then yes."

He was still salty about how things went down. Not pleased at all with Theon and Asher's time here. Even less so their exit.

"Easy." Commented Valentine as he stood up.

Shaw followed in suit, moving down the flight of steps to the club floor. Valentine followed behind him. His head held low, eyes averted to the floor. He wasn't scenting fear just yet. He was waiting till they got closer before he started to push out his pheromones.

He watched as Shaw rapped his knuckles along one of the doors on the bottom level. Zac heard the knock but didn't say anything. He didn't want to lose count.

Valentine walked in behind Shaw. The two of them watched as Zac counted to do incline push-ups. Feet propped up in the seat of a chair, his palms flush with the concrete flooring. Valentine whence as Shaw gripped him by the shoulder, his cue to start scenting. Slow as he pushed out a soured scent, one caused by fear or worry in an omega. Valentine had great control over his pheromones. He could do just about anything when he wanted to without much effort.

Today it didn't take him much effort, but that wasn't always the case. Valentine had twenty-seven years of experience around the baddest of the baddest alphas. His life had been nothing but a shuffle. A roll of the dice, ending up clinging to the last bit of hope he had that this might be the one time things panned out in his favor.

The sour scent caused Zac to turn his head, looking in their direction for the first time. Shaw's grip was tight against the male's shoulder. Valentine leaned forward as if he wanted to pull away but knew better than to even try such a thing.

The room had already been coated in a thick layer of Zac's scent. A smell that was to be expected; it was his room after all. Zac's scent, however, had its own sour to it. Alphas weren't sour like omegas. Their scent became thick and heavy which filled the area of dark intent when they were upset. Which was exactly what his room smelt of.

Zac turned back, focusing long enough to finish out his set before he finally stood up. Sweat dripped down the side of his temples, his ripped chest coated in a thin layer, the black hair along the back of his neck soaked. The natural wave it had no longer shown from it being wet. A matching black beard covered the bottom half of his face, showing specks of grey throughout.

Valentine glanced up to look at Zac for the first time catching his deep dark brown eyes just for a second before he looked away. Zac grunted at the look, then glanced at Shaw.

"This is Valentine." Stated Shaw, finally letting go of his shoulder. "I'm throwing him in the pits since we're short. Thanks to you."

Valentine shifted.

"I need you to watch over him tonight since everyone else is going to be manning the floor for the fight," Shaw stated as he started to head out the door.

"I'm a fighter." Growled Zac, not pleased.

"You're my fighter and will do what I ask of you," Shaw said firmly.

So Valentine is going to pretend to be shy, timid, and scared to snag Zac because that’s what Shaw thinks Zac wants. That has the potential to backfire.

Zac came into play in Fight Night. Now he has his own love story with Valentine.
(This story takes places after the original story, which doesn't need to be read to understand this one but would flow better if Fight Night was read piror.)

Zac a hot headed alpha who learns his current ways won't get him the life he wants, but is he willing to change what he knows and believes to have it.

Valentine an omega who signs up for more than he can handle. Will he be able to figure his way out and before it all destrories him?

This story might contain some triggers for readers. Zac The Destroyer displays moments of Physical Abuse, Mental Abuse, Drug Use, Forcible Touch, Strong Language, and Fighting. (Parts containing strong scenes will be marked as M, with a warning at the beginning prior to the chapter.)
