I JUST STARTED TAKING ADHD MEDICATION AFTER STRUGGLING TO LEARN AND CONCENTRATE FOR TWENTY YEARS AND I FEEL LIKE I FREAKIN TOOK THE PILL IN " LIMITLESS"

I am very confused, is the medication to treat hyperactivity give more hyperactivity? Isn't it supposed to make you feel all centered? The last panel is basically me on the up side of the cycle (or after coffee)
