    "Yeah well how about you stay away from her". I tried to walk away but he grabbed my arm. "You tell me to stay out of your way and avoid people, you can't just tell me what to do". "If you want to stay away from harm or danger you best do what I say".

    "No... so I guess you can um, consider us friends". That day every time I say Navy he caught my eye. I was staring at him in math class when he turned to me and saw me staring. I quick;y turned away and my heart started racing. "Why is my heart racing"?

    I hadn't felt that in 3 years. When class ended I ran away to avoid Navy. When i got home I told Rim about it. She started laughing at me. "And I thought it was impossible for me to have a crush".

    "I do not have a crush on Navy"! "Sounds like it to me Kim". "Well I don't care what it sounds like, I don't like him". "If you say so... I think you should ask him on a date". "A date"?

    "Yeah, it might be fun". "You're a teenager go out and live a life". "Okay". I let out a deep sigh. "Tomorrow I'm going to ask Navy out on a date".

    The next day i went into school and saw "Mercury" pinning Navy again. She turned to me and looked me in the eye. Her eyes turned silver and then she kissed Navy. I was angry, no I was livid! My eyes turned Chlorine blue and I ran up to them and pulled her off of him.

    I threw her on a locker behind me. "I can change my eyes too bitch". I used my leg to pin her up on the wall. "I want to talk after school, and next time it won't be just a push you get". I let her go and glared at Navy.

    He followed after me as I left the school. "Kim wait"! "What the hell do you want Navy"? "I just wanted to know if you wanted to go out to dinner with me tonight". I stopped walking and started to laugh.

    "Why would you want to go out with a girl like me"? "Why not go out with your girlfriend"? "Girlfriend, she's not my girlfriend"? "Then why were you guys in there kissing"? "I don't know she kissed me I don't even know her"!

    "You know what Navy I think this was a bad idea". "What was a bad idea"? "Us becoming friends... how about we stay away from each other from now on". "If that's how you feel then fine... go on with your life". He walked awya and went back into the school.

    I made chlorine mist come from my body to let off some stress. It still wasn't enough. "Dammit Kassidy"! I started pounding at the ground until someone came and touched my shoulder. I turned around and it was Rim.

    "It's okay". I got up and hugged her. "Let's go home". "No, not yet". I waited until the school day was over so that I could go and talk to Mercury.

    I went up to her when she was leaving. "Mercury"! She turned around and smiled at me. "I prefer Mer". "Okay Mer, what do you want"?

    "What ever do you mean cousin"? "So you can smell the Chlorine on us, well I mean why are you here in our lives"? "Because I have to take you to data base". "What the fuck are you talking about"? "I mean that you have to come be lab rats for the coorpiration I work for".

    "Why would we do that"? "Because one day I'm going to force you". "But don't worry today isn't the day for that". She walked away and I turned around. Navy was standing there.
