Lawyers make things worse

Incase my lettering is hard to read (I might just start using a text tool) our lawyers are suggesting because I am married the parents and I (the carrier) should use a fertility clinic for me to be pregnant. Basically a clinic can write out my husband as the parent insuring the parents I am carrying for are the dads.. This seems silly of course but OH has presumed parent laws that make my spouse the legal dad. If we go the natural route we'll have to do a full adopt procedure and its all complicated and frustrating as all hell. All four of us were peeved at the end.
Side note: I clinic escort at a woman's clinic on Fridays if folk want to know what my vest means.
