I have finally graduated college and earned my degree in something I later realized I may not enjoy doing for a living (Yaaay). If you've noticed, I made some changes to Keyanos's speech bubbles by given them double outlines, rather than the more unique "transceiver" bubbles I've used before. This change was inspired after I started reading Shaman King, and noticed how the author gives double-lined speech bubbles to ghosts/spiritual entities. I feel that the new bubble is more fitting for someone like Keyanos, while also being more flexible and less of a hassle to draw compared to the previous bubble.
Today I found a box of macarons at Wal-Mart for less than $5 and bought it. But when I opened the box later, I saw that they were tinier than I thought. I guess it's still cheaper than the macarons sold elsewhere, especially for a box of dozen, because they are usually overpriced as hell. They taste as good as the ones sold in other stores and restaurants. This info has nothing to do with this chapter, I just feel like typing down my anecdotes here.
Oh my god, I was just complaining to friends about how webcomic authors keep insisting on using chapter 1 to infodump on everybody before giving us any context for anything, you don't know how relieved I feel right now
Zerach Albright is a young, rebellious teen who has mostly grown up a life of solitude. After a chance meeting with a dragon, they decide to work together as they tackle whatever life throws at them.
There's intense/graphic violence and suggestive content present, so heads up on that.
Also, each chapter has a tailpiece page of a crappy doodle, since I like doing them.
