About a month ago a bridge near where I work that I regularly walk under was "refurbished". To me it looks identical except it occasionally drips oily sludge after it's been raining.
This was just a quick comic I did while I couldn't build up the energy to do a larger one I had planned. I might do more of these occasionally.
