I stood up and brushed myself off. Grabbed my other gun and collected my knife from that one guy's chest. I noticed one of them still moving, it was the one I shot in the foot. I walked over to him as he panicked. “Now do you know where Mori is?” I asked as I waved my gun around. “No, I swear to god I don't know.” He yelled with a terrified look on his face.I pointed my gun at him “I swear I'm telling the truth!” he pleaded. “And I believe you, but now I'm pissed.” I said as I shot him and stepped away from all the bodies. “Such a mess. SUCH A MESS! And for nothing!” I yelled as I got even more worked up. “I should have known Tomura would be involved, especially if Riyuzaki was. He used to follow him around like a little lap dog, just craving validation. Completely attention starved and now look at them. Both died.” I said as I racked my mind looking for a reason as to why Mori would want Riku.
I went back out to my car and made a quick phone call. “Hey Ging, I need a favor.” “Yeah what is it?” “I've got 8 bodies that I need taken care of.” “Ok no problem just let me know where and how.” Ging was one of the family's close friends, he used to be a coroner but quickly got bored and wanted to be paid more. He fell in with my father and I've had him take care of many bodies in the past. “There is southeast asia a little abandoned warehouse just outside of Kota Kinabalu, I don't really care what you do just make sure you don't leave anything behind.” “Alright I'm actually just outside of Kuching right now I'll be there in 3 hours.” “Ok I won't be here, I have business to attend to, but Give me a call sometime next week and I'll send you your money.” “Alright later.” And with that I hung up.
Now I have to locate Mori. I hate that bastard all he does is gamble, but what was he doing messing with Tomura and Riyuzaki, they're way too messy. He's either getting sloppy or trying to distract me. Either way I'll find him, he won't have much to say when I put a bullet in him. What does he want with Riku? I thought to myself as I drove to a hotel. That night I laid there awake for most of the night. I looked over all the old business plans, agreements, and loans my family shared with Riyuzaki, Tomura, and Mori.
All three of them became liabilities and were cut off shortly after they became no longer useful to the Yakuza. The unsettling thing was that I knew all three of them personally. It felt like they were trying to send me a message. They were the boys who would refuse to spar with me when we had free time during the day. Riku was the exception, after Riku and I became good friends they began to isolate him as they did me. Being the only girl around had it perks but it was bitter sweet.
They would hang around the main estate alot outside of school. They never went to boarding school but when their families got cut off so did they. They never really like me obviously. They despised Riku for being close to the daughter of the ‘King’ of Yakuza. That's why Riku always called me princess. As I laid there wondering what he could want I came to the realization that he was there leverage. One by one they all took over their fathers companies. They spent years trying to pry their way back into the Yakuza for years.
They failed to regain their previous social status and were known as the street thugs we didn't dare associate with. Mori knew the Yakuza was under new management and they figured out it was me. This was his chance to not only get back in but to single handedly take over. Mori was playing dirty but he hasn't seen me in years. He has no clue he's playing the wrong game with me, because I play way better.
