Love and Pride

So there has been a lot of talking lately about what equity means, and what representation means in my career. And this is important to understand have clear definitions. I think that the most important attribute to humanity is our capacity to love, with honesty and respect.
I am non-binary, specifically genderfluid, and still figuring it all out. Some days, most days, I feel more masculine. Other times I feel more feminine. As with all things in nature it changes. I think that if we can be honest with ourselves, and each other, we will have a better capacity to love one another in the way we need to be loved.
