At 10 pm Shin Nari drove her boss from work, with the air conditioning running and no music playing in the background the ambience would have been the perfect recipe for a good night sleep only to be negated by Cha Aera's dictatorship.

"Ms. Shin have your things in my house by tomorrow. You can pick any of the rooms downstairs, remember that upstairs is off limits unless I ask you to come, I do not want you showing up unannounced. The staff quarters are for kitchen workers and my parent's driver when they come over to visit."

Cha Aera unconsciously started to massage her forehead, her brows furrowed indicating the stress she was under as she spoke with eyes closed as her head leaned against the backseat.

"President Cha, the contract did not mention a live-in arrangement. I was under the assumption that I will be reporting to your house at 5 am, if I were to move into your house, I will have to pay a fee for breaking my lease and I could even lose my deposit money."

"How much is the deposit money and the fees? I have my phone pulled up so that I can wire the money to your account."

Shin Nari saw through the rearview mirror her boss's serene face, she looked for all purpose as one who was sleeping but the telltale flutter of her eyelashes gave a different story entirely.  The nonchalant tone of Cha Aera struck a nerve in Shin Nari.

Not knowing whether to be angry or just laugh it off, Shin Nari's fingers clenched tightly at the steering wheel as her thought went back to the night, she and her mother went to see a fortune teller.

"I can't believe I'm in this predicament because of that charlatan!"
