"Burst" Beatrice castes and threw the fire ball in her hand at the dragon "Crackle" by the time Beatrice said that the dragon flinched and raised his head above seeing a bunch of gold lighting striking at his direction,  the dragon open it's wings but it was to late when he heard the human in front of him smirking and casted another spell "Divine Law" and arrows covered in light was shooting at the dragon.

Beatrice came down to the ground then walked toward the dragon who was beating badly by her.

"Hey"Beatrice called to the dragon who was playing pretend.

"go back to you original form and heal yourself" She said then crouched down to the ground.

The dragon who was laying on the ground open it's eyes then began to shrink and turned to the form of a baby dragon again.

"How did you know?" The baby dragon said flapping it's wing looking down at Beatrice who was seating on the ground.

"You are bad at pretending so there wasn't much to calculate,  Anyway how come you pretend to be an adult dragon when clearly you're not"

Beatrice said shrugging "I... Just want to look cool like brother"

The baby dragon mumbled "Brother? Okay sure fine but I will get to the point. Do you want to have a contract with me, if you don't who what a contract is just asked"

"I know what that is! I am just hesitating because my brother warned me about this stuff"

The baby dragon was fidgeting and Beatrice thought it was adorable cause its cheeks was turning red "I am not a bad person and you won't be able to come here if I am not capable of being a partner with you" and continued "and it's not like you have a choice" Beatrice stumbled down breaking her crouching pose because she felt like her body was moving when it's supposed to be still and so she hurriedly told the baby dragon to hurry up "OK fine I will accept my defeat" The baby dragon accepted and the contract was formed and such Beatrice had woken up.

The moment her eyes open she her master chin and it's sweat all over her body and then saw that her master was holding her with one hand and the other was shooting spells from the people behind us that looks like assassins and black mage since Beatrice had smelled black mana "Master what happen?" Beatrice had spoken "Oh your awake,good." Cynthia said but Beatrice was worried because she never hear her master sole tone and was weird out by it since her master only give her the tone of a boss or a king.

"Master you can let go" Beatrice said budging her master arm that was gripped into her sleeves, Cynthia looked at Beatrice then put her down and the both started running.

Bang. bang. They run and run through the forest while shooting attack magic at the people behind "Master explain all of it in summary" Beatrice said while shooting "Aqua Expand"water magic on the enemy

"Look at you ordering me around, I see that you look at me as a role model.I am honored" Her master said and snugged but what Beatrice saw was not the smug but the eyes that looks worried "Master" Beatrice said in a serious voice and so her master stopped her jokes and got to the point "Assassins from the kingdom came, it looks like they found me"

Cynthia said then turned around to the enemy creating wind spell to cast them off.

"Wait, those fuckers did this and why?" Beatrice cursed and stared at her master then said "Why don't you ever tell me anything" Beatrice said but then was startled at her master sudden actions, her master blast her away then smiled back "I will tell you everything but not physically, don't be too dissapointed and never forget what I had taught you. always remember that I had loved you not as a  teacher but a mother as well. Don't skip meals and have enough sleep my child"

And that's the last memory Beatrice had with her master and mother.
