"Everything's fine because I'm here "

The words of the hero All Might, an extinct symbol of peace, the ghost of a hero who can no longer save anyone. Perhaps there is no longer a hero who can save anyone. A police tape restricts our access to the flower shop, people gather around to find out what's going on, from the street you can see the hostages, including my sister; I want to go, run to rescue her, tell her that everything will be alright, but a policeman is holding me.

—Civilians can't cross the tape, it's for their safety.

— My sister is there. They have to take her out.

—That's complicated; the kidnapper's quirk is an explosion, and he threatens to blow himself and the hostages if anyone approaches.

I try to calm down, I have to trust the heroes, Endeavor is here, it will pass [u2] and tomorrow will be just an anecdote to tell the grandchildren, won't it?

Endeavor comes a little closer to the store, he doesn't need a loudspeaker to make himself heard, his voice is powerful and imposing.

A firm threat from the number one hero, but there seems to be no effect, inside a sign is shown through  the window. He demands to be let go or will explode.

—What is this criminal looking for? — Momo's question reminds me that she is by my side.

The reminder that she is here calms me down.

— The criminal robbed a bank and tried to flee on foot, the police began to chase

him. With the police chasing him, he had no choice but to enter the flower shop and take hostages, unfortunately, a girl was there.

The policeman describes an absurd situation, my sister was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

—Let me help, If I can get close enough, I could  wrap the criminal with my quirk

and contain the explosion— I am not even sure I could do it, I just want to stop feeling useless.

—Wait, Dian, it's better to let the professionals do their job —Momo wants to calm my anxiety, I try to take a deep breath.

Endeavor's scream paralyzes everyone, the kidnapper's patience is over, his fear invaded him, the worst has just happened. At that moment, and for a second, I could see

directly into my sister's eyes, through the window of the store. Those tearful eyes that say goodbye but I can’t say goodbye to her . The explosion destroys all the windows of the block and the expansive wave knocks everyone to the ground .Still a little stunned I try to stand up.

—Momo, are you ok?

I turn my head to observe the disaster caused, the flames surround the flower and only remains the ruins of what was once a special place.

“Everything is dark and cold”

My vision has become blurred, everything looks like a dream, or rather a nightmare; people run everywhere, drowned cries resound in my ears, why do they scream?  What are they afraid of? Who are they running from? Now the cold becomes an unbearable burning, it feels like I'm  burning, that's Endeavor, he’s throwing fire at me . Is he trying to kill me? Now I see it, people are running away from me, they're afraid of me, but that's fine, their cries relieve my pain.

That voice,I know it, it’s my sister. No, she is not here, she is no more; the voice is Momo's. Momo, your voice burns inside of me.

Everything is dark and cold

I just wake up in a hospital bed, my vision is a little blurry when it clears. I notice I am surrounded by  Endeavor, Eraserhead and the police.

—What's going on? Why am I here?

—You're under arrest for the riot you caused yesterday.

It is Eraserhead who gives me the news, it seems that my nightmare was more real than I thought. One of the policemen approach me with a screen and shows me something terrifying; a monster surrounded by some] kind of black tentacles and accompanied by creatures with no definite form. These creatures attacked people and destroyed everything in their path.

—Do you know what it is in the video?

Eraserhead's eyes blame me directly "you know it, say it".

—It's me, isn't it?

—Exactly, you seem to have reacted to your sister's death by going crazy and attacking everything that moved; no one died but you left many seriously wounded.

—And what's going to happen to me?

It was obvious and evident; they saw me as a threat and threats are locked up where they can't hurt anyone.

—You have two options; the first is to go to prison for a long time; the second is to join the AU, the hero’s program.

To become a hero? Heroes didn't protect my sister, no hero could save her. What is the

point in believing in heroes if they can't protect others; I don't want to be an extravagant name and a colorful suit.

—I refuse to be a hero, heroes are nothing but empty masks, I have nothing left, it wouldn’t matter if I go to prison.

Eraserhead's sigh speaks for itself; he does not intend to convince me to join his academy; that does not matter, I do not intend to negotiate either.

—In that case, there's nothing more to say or do.

Eraserhead uttered the words that closed my sentence; one of the policemen got me out of bed and placed strange handcuffs on] my hands. It was the end of one stage and the beginning of another, one in which I close  my eyes to the world.

We go down the corridor to the waiting room, where an unexpected visitor appears. Momo Yaoyorozu, the rich girl who aspires to be a heroine.

— What are you doing here, Momo?
