As I sat on the ground in terror beside her as blood ran down her arms as she began stretching and poping her fingers towards the soldiers I wasn't sure what to say or do.
"Damn you!, you savage that was the general!" shouts one of the soldiers as they stand ready to attack the mysterious girl.  She wouldn't seem very worried or afraid as she continued to stretch in front of them paying them no mind.
"Die you worthless being" they would shout before charging towards her but she would leap towards the skies once more aiming to get behind the soldiers to begin her attack. I quickly scatter over towards Felix and the others. One after another they would begin to try and attack her but her reflexes were just too quick, quickly evading their attacks slicing through their armor to their flesh sending their blood splattering everywhere. Their screams began to fill the night just as they did the villagers the tables had been turned as the mysterious woman began slaughtering the nights one after the other until none remained.  With them, all defeated she would once again yell towards the midnight skies in anger as tears slowly began to run down her face.
"Kyanite!?" is that you Felix asked gently as he held onto his wife as they sat upon the ground. The mysterious woman would turn around slowly towards the surviving villagers. She would suddenly fall to her knees as began to cry tears of pain, Felix would be the first one to stand to his feet and walk slowly over towards the mysterious girl.
"Kyanite, what happened where's the rest of your family," asked Felix before the girl suddenly grabs him and would begin crying as she wrapped her arms around him tightly. I could only assume that something had to have happened to her family which is what was fueling her anger towards the knights. I would just stay close to the other villagers to try and keep my distance away from anything to do with her. I want to say they are acting as if this girl didn't just run through a pack of soldiers, killing them, and she has animal ears and claws!

The next morning began to come around I highly doubt anyone slept well because I know I didn't. AS I exit the barn I get a full look at what remained of the village and it looked like a horrible mess as the fires nearly destroyed everything. Felix and the others had already been up and began digging graves for their fallen villagers, it was kind of a sad sight to see really. They did nothing wrong and were still attacked for no reason just for refusing to serve the knights and they were punished for it.  Suddenly I began to feel very sick on my stomach at the sight of all the blood, the blood, and bodies it was all just too much. I began to vomit till I felt better but there was just no way anyone would want to live in this world, it was just too horrible to live. As I felt better for a few moments I spotted the animal girl upon a tree in the village watching as the villagers worked. I shortly spot Felix coming from downhill by the river, so I decided to check and see what they were planning to do next while trying my best to avoid the sight of the mysterious girl.
"So you're finally wake" called out Felix as he walked over towards me.
After he approached me I proceeded to ask him what indeed they did plan on doing next. Since the village had been so badly destroyed he would inform me the best thing they could do was move to a more suitable location and rebuild once again.
"What about you, what are you going to do?" he would ask me. Grabbing the back of my head in confusion wouldn't really know what I was supposed to do as my way back home was unclear and I had no clue where I was. The only logical answer was to stay with them for a little while longer. I would begin to spot Felix's wife approaching us as well as she held her stomach with one arm showing that the punch she received did do a number on her.
"I would like to apologize, please forgive me for assuming that you were a spy" Abbi would tell me.
"No, it's alright really" I would tell her even though it's a very big deal, I could have been killed! As I look towards the tree where the mysterious girl sat, Felix and Abbi would begin to look there as well.
"Rest assured your fine, she's not against us" explained Felix.
"How can you be so sure?" I would ask after all from last night she looked like a killing death machine. Felix would then began to explain to me that she was now in the same situation as the rest of us were also in we were now all homeless and with nowhere to go. It would appear that the other day while she was at home in her village, she would decide to go and take a bath in a lake that was nearby promising her family that she wouldn't belong. While out taking her bath in the lake she would begin to pick up on a strange scent and quickly began to head back to the village. While she was out her village would be attacked by those very same knights killing every one of her kind that stood in their way. As she arrived they she would quickly leap into action being captured in a net by the knights sending her flying towards the ground as her parents were slain just before her eyes. A knight would walk over hitting her in the back of her head with his sword with force knocking her unconscious.
"I could only guess that they were planning to sell her off as a slave" explained Felix.
"Why a slave?" I would ask Felix.
Felix would begin to explain to me because of her race, and youthfulness, she was part of a race known Kemonomimi. Their an Anamorphic race between humans and animals, some can have strong abilities such as strength or smell but she's from a wolf clan so it's only natural she has a wolf's abilities.
"These people must be mad, how can he say that so calmly, that girl is half WEREWOLF!" I would shout to my inner self to keep from freaking out.  Felix would then begin to call out for her to come down and chat with us for the moment. As she leaped from the tree to the ground I couldn't help but feel a bit impressed, if this was a video game you could say she was a high-tier character maybe. As she approached us she wouldn't get too close before trying to figure out what was going on as well.
"Everyone this here is Kyanite, I did trades with her father from time to time before" explained Felix as Kyanite would look a bit concerned as well. Felix would begin by thanking her for their lives despite being the youngest and only surviving member of her clan.
"Where will we go, I have nowhere else to go" Kyanite would say softly as she grabs her necklace around her neck.  Felix then would begin to explain that it would only be a matter of time before they would notice one of their patrols haven't returned so the best move for us it to find a new place to make our residence.
"How do you suppose we do that" asked Abbi, as she would begin to explain that maybe not everyone would want to move to a new location.
"If they choose to stay here it's only a matter of time before they return here to finish us!" explains Felix.  I would begin to agree with Felix because he did have the most logical plan and I wasn't planning on dying today or any other day.
"By the way, we never did catch your name," said Felix and they began to look towards me.
"I'm Kozaku" I replied with pride as I shook Felix's hand.

As time went on that day we gathered all the things we needed and stored them into the wagons left behind by the Jarel knights and used them to haul the equipment and luggage. Not everyone from the village did indeed not agree to move but for the handful of us we set off into the forest headed west. As we walked I began to grow so tired from the sun's rays beaming down upon me as we traveled I honestly don't how people survived doing this, my feet felt as if I had needles stabbing me the entire way.
"Just.. just a break... It too damn hot... I think I'm dying" I call out constantly as everyone seemed to be carrying on as normal. Struggling to keep up I would notice Kyanite looking back towards me out the corner of her eye, she must have thought of me as a huge piece of steak just waiting to be eaten by a hungry wolf. Instead of pouncing on me like a wild animal she would turn away and continue walking alongside the others.
"Oh great, she doesn't even believe I'm worth eating, maybe that's a good thing"  I would say as I sigh. We traveled quite a while until we came upon a town, unlike Fur-ru this is packed with life, we wouldn't be staying here we would only be resting for a while because well... I fainted.

Waking up yup once I would find myself on a bench under the shade as the villagers I arrived with want to take a moment and buy a few items from them before heading back out. I on the other hand would rather stay here for a while as it seemed rather peaceful here.
"I wouldn't get too relaxed this place is Jarel Kindom's protection" explained Felix as he takes a seat on the bench handing me a glass of water. Turned out Felix would be correct on that fact as I would shortly notice a couple of knights laughing and drinking in front of an Inn in the center of town.  However, they didn't know anything about us so it would seem that we were in the clear for the moment. All I wanted was to go home at this point because I was not enjoying this in any shape or form. As I looked around I didn't see Kyanite anywhere to be seen, could she had of gone off somewhere on her own I began to wonder.
"What happened to the wolf girl" I questioned?
"Oh, Kyanite she should be fine said she was going to find something to eat in the forest" explained Felix as he laid his head back and relaxed.
"Why not just get something from the stands?" I would ask.
The answer I received from Felix was a shocking one, " She can't because her kind are not welcome here on Jarel Kingdom lands".    Upon hearing that I began to think about it as that's maybe when they set up a trade they met up at the borders. For some strange reason, I felt as if someone should go and check on her to make sure she was alright.
"Oh really?" questioned Felix as stayed relax on the bench as I just realized I said my thoughts out loud.
"Yes maybe someone should go check on her" Felix would reply not moving an inch as I sat looking at him.
"Someone being you Felix" I would say, but Felix wasn't moving only giving me the strangest look upon his face.
"Fine I'll go check on the wolf, but if she kills me it's on your hands,"  I say as I walk would walk off in disappointment as I knew I should have just kept my mouth shut.
