Rushing over towards the gate my braveness would quickly be brought to a halt as i arrive at the very tall gate. There was just no way I could jump this gate as Kyanite, I was going to have to find another way around in time to be able to help her. Quickly remembering that I may just have a way in after all, the wagons that we got from the knights had a pretty good height on them. Using the wagons was gonna be my only hope of getting in or I was going to have to try and make it to the only gate but it's no telling how long that would take. 
"Just hold on a little longer Kyanite, I'm on my way" I would shout before turn back heading to get the wagons. 

[Inside The Inn] 
  Kyanite would waste no time rushing into action as she quickly attacking the knights in the hallway.
"It's her, the wolf girl, get her!!' they would shout as they spotted the wolf girl charging towards them. As they ran towards the knights as they turned their weapons against her, Kyanite's hands began to grow a purplish aura around them. 
"Violet Slash!!" says Kyanite as she arrives on the other side of the knights as waves of blood are sent flying from their bodies from Kyanite's sharp claws.  A scream is heard coming from above on the upper floors quickly catching Kyanites attention. 
 "Tsk" Kyanite clamps her teeth as she prepares to head up the stair to the next floor. Just as she begins to run her leg is grabbed tightly and she is tossed to the wall like a sack of potatoes. 
"GAH!" shouts Kyanite as her back collides with the wooded halls. 
"How dare you, you Kemonomimi" Says a soldier as he holds his hand over his wound to apply pressure on it. 
"It's pronounced Okaimimimi" as she tries to regain her footing as the knight stares her down. 
"I don't care what it's called you're all the same, monsters of human nature!" He would shout as he swings his blade towards Kyanite, driving it straight into the wooden wall. Dropping down to her knees she would avoid the blade but would not escape from him as he quickly grabs her tossing her to the other wall as he begins trying to remove his blade. 
"Gaah!!" shouts Kyanite as her body bounces of the wall. 
" When the lord gets his hands on you I can't wait to see how he makes you suffer you little brat" explained to the knight as he yanks his blade from the wood. Kyanite rises to her feet once more as the knight eagerly awaited her to stand and face him. 
"I'll have you know you killed my brother in that slaughter you freak," said the Knight as he watched Kyanite standing before him. 
"Then your bother deserved it, they are murderous savages" replied Kyanite as she pops her arm back into place. Angering the knight even further but things would turn out in his favor as a group of knights have arrived from the corner taking notice of her as well and what she has done. 
"You stop right there!!" they shout. There was not going to be an easy way out of this situation she was going to need help if she was going to survive and help the villagers. 

[Outside the Gate]
 I would return with the wagon and out of breath... 
"This is.. a lot of work" I would tell myself as I held onto the wagon to hold myself up. As more and more screams are heard I began to grow a lot of doubts but I can't just abandon them like this, they would surely be killed if I do nothing. Aligning the wagon up with the gate I would begin to make my onto the wagon to climb over the gate. With all of my weight, it wasn't a very easy task but I had to keep pushing... I eventually rolled over it and landed flat on the ground on the other side of the gate luckily I had the two knights to break my fall who Kyanite took down earlier.  looking down towards their armor I began thinking of an idea. Sadly it wouldn't work out as their armor was too small for my size but at least I could use their sword. As I picked up the sword I would begin to try and make my way over toward the inn entrance. Almost falling to the ground thanks to exhaustion but luckily I catch myself. 
"I'm.. coming just a little bit farther" I would say as I slowly make it to the entrance. Taking notice of the knights surrounding Kyanite. I rush in charging towards them quickly getting their attention from my yelling. Kyanite would be quickly surprised as the rather large fellow did indeed make it inside all on his own to come and help. Kyanite wasted no time kicking the wounded knight towards my direction as she dashed up the stairs to help the villagers. 
"Quick after her, Mallus wants her alive!" he would command as he turned his attention towards me causing me to stop in my tracks as he turns his blade towards me. 
To be honest, I wasn't expecting to fight anyone at this particular moment in time, I was just coming in to help out. 
"Oh it's you the little helper, yeah I heard about you, everything that happened is your fault!!" shouts the knight as he rushed towards me.
I quickly turn around and head back outside with him chasing me out of the inn. 
"Why are you running from me, turn and face me like a man you COWARD!!" shouted the angry knight. I would turn to face the knight as I told myself I wouldn't run away this time, I needed to help them. 
"look at you shaking a weakling, what you gonna cry for your mommy to come to help you to" mocked the Knight as he continued walking towards me. 
"No!" I shout to the knight. 
"I won't I won't run away, from this fight!" I would tell him as I draw forth my sword towards him.    Fueled by rage and anger he charged towards me, thankfully I was able to block as he continued pushing me back. 
"Give it up boy you are no match for true night, I can't wait to see what Mallus does with you all" he would tell me as he breaks the clash and punched my face sending me to my knees. This knight was dead-on serious, the force behind that punch was intend strong as my face quickly turned red thumping full of pain. 
"OWWW" I would shout as I reached my right hand over my face. Being his with a fist full of steel was no joke it seriously hurts. 
"Any last words" he would ask as he stood above me. 

[Flashback]

"Look at leaking" 
Ha ha ha 

[Present] 
 All I could hear was the sound of the bullies from my childhood making fun of me again but no not this time. This time it's going to be different no one is coming to help me because this time I can do it on my own. The knight would then proceed to swing his blade towards me making me flinch, quickly closing my eyes. 
"Tha-Ak!!" 
 As my eyes were closed for a brief moment I heard a very strange sound, something that I haven't heard. I would begin to open my eyes very slowly to see what has happened... upon opening my eyes again I see the knight's blade before me however the knight had been frozen solid. 
"Wha..what the" I would shout as I scramble backward, suddenly I begin to hear footsteps coming from the gate. 
"Greetings their young traveler, you're lucky we made it here on time" (Olive) 
As I sat I watch a mysterious figure appear from the darkness, she had orange hair and green eyes. 
"Who are you?" I would ask her as she began to look with a smile. 
"I am Maple Conaway, and I'm going to be this world's greatest witch of all time!!" she would say very proudly as looked towards me. Suddenly I began to think that this woman before me looked very familiar. 
"That's right! your that lazy witch that was sleeping when we came by for a visit" I would say. 
 Saying that brought a brief moment of silence as her right eye began to twitch as she gripped her staff tightly. 
"Lazy, I have you know I work very hard thank you very much, do you know how far I had to run to get here to save your butts" she would say in a very serious tone. 
"Save us?" I would ask. 
"That's correct, save you all so you should be very thankful I even bothered to" she would laugh as she flaunts proudly. My eyes feel with tears as I quickly grab on her tightly...
"What do you think you're doing let go of me, s..stop yanking on my dress like that it will rip" she would shout as she tries to push me off of her. I was just so happy someone strong came to our rescue I knew they wouldn't let my great story end here I had to get home to my dear Iris. 
"I said let go, PERVERT!!" she would shout before whacking me upside the head with her staff multiple times before I released my grasp.
 BAM!!! a knight comes flying out the inn's second-floor wall as screaming is heard coming from the hallway. 
"Oh no, have no fear people your savior has arrived to help you, the greatest of all witches!!" she would shout before going into what I could call a very odd pose. 
"W..what are you doing" I would ask as I just didn't understand why she wasn't rushing in to help. 
"I'm doing my signature" replies Maple
"Aren't you going to go in and help them" I would ask her as we continued to hear screams of people in danger? 
"Well about that, I um.. I'm not good at close-range combat" she would say very timidly as she rubbed the back of her hat. Yup some hero she turned out to be then, I would rise to my feet to try and think what could be done to help. 
"Perhaps I may be of assistance me lady," said Olive. As I slowly turned my head toward the voice I almost couldn't believe my eyes as it felt like they had shot out of my skull as there was really a talking snow-white ferret before my eyes.
"hello there pervert, I am Olive the ferret and Maple's personal assistant" he would tell me before I eventually just had to take a breather before I passed out. 
"What do you have in mind?" asked Maple as she turned towards her companion on her shoulders. Olive would begin to explain that if I were up to it he could turn into a suit of armor for me to wear giving me protection in battle until it was safe for Maple to do her magic. 
"Thanks but I'm not skilled in combat either" I would tell them but we did have someone who was sort of good in combat. 
"Who may that be?" asked Maple as we turned to see Kyanite struggling to deal with the knights as she fights her way through the hallways. 
"Is that a Kemonomimi" questioned both Olive and Maple as they look greatly surprised to see one. 
"Very well if you could get me to her I shall aid you all in the battle for now at least until you all are free to escape" Olive would explain to me. However, I'm not that they knew but there were more knights on the way from the Jarel Kingdom. Olive would then jump over upon my shoulders as I try to stand up from the ground, it was kind of weird as his fur was super soft but he was almost as light as a textbook from school. 
"Now let's get this party started, shall we," says Olive and he locks onto my shoulder. Wasting no more time I have the answer to help Kyanite in freeing the villagers I just hope they are as strong as they say they are.  As I ran back into the inn I quickly to the entrance door I began to feel very sluggish from all the running I was doing. I wasn't cut out for a whole lot of running like this as I began to take a breather by the door taking my time walking inside the inn. 
"Wow, you really need to work on your cardio," says, Olive as he looked a bit cautiously upon me. 
"Huff... Huff, just got to catch my breath for a moment is all" I explain as I begin to try and head up the stairs. 
 While upstairs Kyanite would find herself pinned once again as there were just too many nights. As Kyanite falls to the ground a knight his foot upon her face pushing it the ground with force while the others secured her by tieing her hands with ropes with the rest of the villages as they were forced to leave their rooms.
