I actually drew this last year when I decided to reformat the comic so it'd be easier to draw. Then I took a break because stuff was happening and I wasn't able to draw much (I tried making a post here but it wouldn't let me). THEN I got Clip Studio Paint and I wanted to reboot the whole comic up to this point with my new fancy comic tools, but trying to figure new panel arrangements and whatever was too much so I gave up on that :/
So why am I here now posting pages more than a year old? Well thanks to Marsoids new comic Ride or Die I finally got back on Tapas and looking back at my comic I'm filled with renewed fervor to keep making it. But tbh I'm ditching the reboot thing for now and will just keep going from here with a new style and format. Can't say anything about a schedule since I've had so little time and energy to draw but hopefully I can be somewhat consistent.
I'm not sure if anyone will even see this (although I have noticed a lot more views since I've been gone) but to those who do thank you!
For centuries, humans have lived in peace, unaware of the monsters that lurk in the shadows, only known through the stories and small glimpses. But in some pockets of society, monsters and humans live together, happy. One such is place is Haven's Hollow, a small intermixed town in the heart of the Oregon forests.
But when the delicate peace of these groups is threatened, dedicated monster hunters set out to eliminate these threats and keep the general populous in the dark. Enter the Monster Hunters' Guild of Haven's Hollow. They keep Haven's Hollow and the surrounding area safe from wayward monsters out to hunt humans and other monsters.
This is where we lay our scene, as 3 unlikely individuals come together in a twist of fate.
