It's days like this where we feel put to the test. Am I right? It's alright..you don't have to hold a thing in. Believe me..we've all been there and getting there...Because we're all part of that same ocean that is humanity. We're also closer than you can ever imagine because of it. The people that say bad things or bring you down..they've been drowning in that sea. Not you though..you're not like them. I know you're more than anger and fear.
You can help them. You can help us all, you truly matter that much. It's hard to trust ourselves enough...but I trust you. It's that faith you cannot break even when you think it's been broken. You can do this today. You can do the things that make you happy even if it's the little things.When you believe there are only terrible things at the core of yourself...in our hearts we have every capacity for love...for you see, even the broken heart can still love. It's never over, trust me.We're home with you. We've been here, I promise.
