Q sat next to Yeona’s bed in the infirmary the next morning, waiting for her to wake up.
That Mujin Park! Making me come here this early in the morning to apologize! She isn’t even awake yet! Q fumed, taking out a cigarette and lighting it. He put it in his mouth.
Just then, Yeona stirred, and opened her eyes. Q pushed the cigarette to the corner of his mouth, and looked down at her. “Yeona, how are you feeling?”
Yeona looked at Q. “Q.....”
“Yes?”
“Were you....watching me sleep?” Yeona looked a bit uneasy.
Q sweatdropped. You’re really going to pay for this at some point, Park! A vein pulsed in his forehead.
Regaining his composure, he replied, “N-no, I’m not. I came here to apologize.”
Yeona almost looked amused. “Mujin told you to?”
Q paled considerably, which told Yeona that she was right, which made her laugh.
“What’s so funny?” Q looked a bit defensive.
“I was thinking of apologizing to you myself.” Yeona sat up. “And I’m feeling better, thank you for asking.”
“There’s nothing you need to apologize for. I was the one who insulted you, and you got hurt when fighting me. So I’m sorry.” Smoke wafted out of Q’s cigarette.
“I overreacted to the first thing, and it wasn’t your fault for the last part. I had just overdone it with Hades. Now, next time, I just need to be stronger. So I’m sorry, too.” Yeona apologized.
“I think we’re never going to agree on who should apologize for what, and whose fault is anything, so let’s just forgive each other for everything now?” Q smiled, and held out a hand.
Yeona nodded and took his hand, then shook it. “Of course.”

A month later…….
“Yeonaaa can we eat first?!” Yeona was dragging Mori out the door. They were on their way to the God of Highschool tournament.
“No, it’s your fault for waking up late….again. I had to get ready, wake you up, and text my friends to make sure they were awake too. And on top of all of that, I came home late, so I overslept as well. So I had no time to make us food.” Yeona dragged Mori to his bike and Yeona sat on hers.
“Come on.” Yeona started biking down the street. Reluctantly, Mori biked after her.
Once they got into the city area, they heard a “Stop, thief!” A man on a motorcycle had stolen an old lady’s purse. Mori blinked.
“Poor old lady…..”
“I doubt the real story is as dramatic as what you’re thinking of, Mori.” Yeona deadpanned.
“What if it is though?! We should help her!” Mori exclaimed. It’s kind of terrifying that she knows me so well.
“Never said we wouldn’t help.” Yeona sighed and biked as fast as she could towards the thief, Mori starting to speed up too. “Hey, you! Stop and hand the old lady her purse back!”
“Never!” The thief stuck his tongue out at the twins and sped off. They raced after him.
As they were riding on a hill to try and cut the thief off, Mori ran into a girl their age who was admiring a group of males’ muscles with a sword on her back. Her glasses broke, and Mori sped off, calling over his shoulder, “Sorry, I’m in a hurry!”
As Yeona passed the girl, she felt an angry aura from her, and flinched. Then, the girl started to run at an alarming speed towards her brother, yelling, “Give me a proper apology!” Yeona biked after them, knowing it possibly won’t end well without her there.
The girl who chased Mori jumped onto his bike and yelled, “Apologize to my face! You broke my glasses!”
“Not now, because-” Quickly Mori explained why he was in such a hurry, and what the old lady needed the money for (read: what he thought the old lady needed the money for), and the girl calmed down.
“Ooooh that’s so sad!!!” she said sympathetically. Yeona put a hand to her forehead.
“Haaaah, as dramatic as I thought.”
“Let’s defeat him!” The girl yelled, Mori smiling widely and agreeing. They sped off, Yeona right next to them.
When the girl was about to jump onto the thief’s motorcycle, she instead slammed face-first into a sign, and stayed there, hanging. It made a creepy face in the sign. Yeona winced.
“You okay?!” Yeona called to her.
“Mph.” Yeona presumed that meant yes. She continued on after Mori and the thief. The thief was heading straight towards someone.
“Watch out!” Yeona called to the one in the way.
The person stood motionless until the thief was inches from him, then he drew his hand back and punched the thief in the face. The thief flew back, off of his motorcycle, howling in pain. The police were luckily already there and arrested the thief.
The person who punched the thief picked up a wallet from the motorcycle and handed it back to the old lady. He turned around. It was Daewi.
“Hey Daewi!” Yeona exclaimed, throwing her arms around him. “Thanks for your help!”
Daewi smiled slightly. “Hey, Yeona. Who’re those people behind you? One of them looks like you, so that’s probably your brother, but who’s the girl?”
“I don’t know, Mori just ran into her while we were chasing the thief. What’s your name?” Yeona turned towards the girl who helped them.
“I’m Mira Yoo,” Mira said. “Nice to meet you!” She outstretched a hand and shook Mori, Daewi, and Yeona’s hands.
“I’m Yeona Jin, this is my twin brother Mori,” Yeona said, gesturing to Mori, then gestured to Daewi, saying, “And this is one of my best friends-”
Daewi interrupted. “Daewi Han. Nice to meet you.” He put a hand on Yeona’s head and ruffled her hair. “Let people introduce themselves.” He laughed.
Yeona put her hands on top of Daewi’s. “Heyyy!” she whined. Daewi grinned and messed up Yeona’s hair even more. Mira and Mori laughed as Yeona and Daewi joked around before Mira finally spoke up.
“Are you guys in the tournament too?”
Yeona and Daewi stopped and turned. “Yeah, all three of us.” Yeona replied.
“Do you want to walk together?” Mira asked.
Yeona glanced at Daewi and Mori. They both nodded, and Yeona faced Mira.
“Sure!”

The four teenagers walked into the main area amidst cheers from the audience.
“LOOKS LIKE SOME OF OUR PARTICIPANTS CAME JUST IN TIIIIIIIME!!!” The announcer shouted, as they walked towards the side of the area. Yeona smiled and said hi the announcer, whose name was T. He nodded back at her.
“IT’S TIME FOR THE GOD OF HIGHSCHOOL TO STAAAAAAART! NOW FIGHT!”
“Huh?”
