I am a self-taught artist and creator of TECHNOCYTE: BEYOND HUMAN and this is my first "Authors Page" of the series. These episodes will be dropped every 8th-10th episode in which I explain the story so far, receive feedback and predictions for the story, and share artwork created by me for the story. Let me know what ya'll think and if I should continue doing these.

*Note*: I have also gone back and fixed quite a few grammatical errors, edited paragraph structure, and changed up a few things here and there with current episodes for those interested. Allowing for hopefully a better reading experience on currently posted episodes. 

Story so far: We are introduced to Shiko City Police Detectives Beatrice Alice Moreau and her senior, partner, and adoptive father, Jay Lee Jones. After an incident involving a fire that sprung up seemingly out of nowhere within a large bridge culvert, the two Detectives are put on the case where they have a run-in with a mysterious, amnesiac man. After taking him in for questioning and being unable to ascertain anything about this individual, he is placed under the watch of Beatrice in order for the woman to gain any knowledge on him that he may be hiding. Beatrice goes through a journal she picked up off of the mysterious man in order to hopefully learn something that could shine some light on why he was there at the old bridge and his connection to whatever happened there that caused the explosion and following the fire but only discovers an unnerving message addressed to a girl named Anna, presumably written by our amnesiac MC. Beatrice's childhood trauma(and the subsequent cause of her drinking problem) is explored a bit through a nightmare that she has experienced multiple nights. The following day the MC leaves the apartment and happens upon an old run-down house and two fleeing children that leave him with a sense of familiarity and uneasiness.
