When the king would return to his children they would overwhelm him with stories of the adventurers they went on with their reading Mistress and while he was busily putting the kingdom back together. King Rosh spent years traveling in person to any kingdom that would have him forming alliance and treaties for aid and continued good will. He did try his best to have some time with his children though the rare dinners were often all they could find time for.
