Noah and the others finally leave the ark.
The famous icon of a dove with an olive branch is taken directly from this story. Olive trees, which are a signature tree of the area where most biblical stories take place, grows fairly short - therefore, if the dove could find a branch of the olive tree, the waters must have receded greatly. The dove and its olive branch are used internationally to symbolize peace and tranquility, both between people as well as by God's hand.
