How to create hybrids and their function:

But this body of hybrids absorbs so much mass that they reserves the mass within their body by turning it into body-energy liquid. If they survives they are given the title  “commander of peace.” They are send against any threat that the galactic congress may encounter. For low level threats one hybrid will be send, For a planet full of threat two hybrids will be sent, For a galaxy threat a small army will be sent. They will not interfere unless they are ordered by the Galactic Congress. Basically they are sent if any galactic threat appears.

CHAPTER 4: CROSS
From 7th January, 2091

Cross had to flew half of earth with his glider to find the person he was seeking. Eventually, when he found that person, he was taking a bath to get rid of the blood on his body in a empty house, “So you are Ashique?”- Cross sneered. Normally Ashique  replied, “No, you can say he was one of my parents.”
“What should I call you then?”
“You can call me what everyone calls me, Mega-Villain.”
“I will call you MV for short.”
“Whatever green man. What do you want from me? I have nothing against you.”- Ashique further Implied.
“Exactly, I just want to talk…for now. Can we sit somewhere?”
MV waited for a moment and then together they went to the nearest park like they both understood that something was about to happen.

“Now tell me why you are here?”- MV insisted.
“Really? You don’t even wanna know my name.”
“Why? Will I recognize you from my high-school or something?- MV sneered. Cross started to talk, “OK then, I am here because you are killing your own people like a galactic criminal. You should know I work for the hybrids and every free species are under our protection. You are considered as a threat by the galactic council, so I need you to come with me to stand for the trial. If you refuse you will have to fight me and you don’t want to fight me.”
MV offered to know, And why is that?”
“ Because hybrids like us are modified with universal elements and my element is the black liquid which is the strongest element in the whole universe.”- Cross indicated with a push.
MV got serious, something about Cross was pissing him off. “Is he any different from anyone in this planet? No, they are all the same, all lives are the same. May I was also like them, but not anymore.”- he thought then started his talk, “ I don’t know whats gonna happen with us but no lives deserves to live. Nothing in this universe should exist. If everyone kills, that is justified but if I kill the galactic council comes to get me. There is something wrong with the people that live in this universe. And I will kill everyone not those who only live in this planet but in this whole universe. Then there will be the piece that I need, no one will be there to bother me, no one to take away anything from me. Not even you green man.”- MV got Cross’s head in the palm of his hand and he started to squeeze.
However, Cross couldn’t move and got ripped in two pieces. Thats when he thought of activating his black--liquid form. In his activation he got himself together and begin to released his liquid thorns towards MV. The thorns wasn’t working and he realized he had to do the imprisonment which was his strongest move. He covered MV with his liquidity and imprisoned him by forming a conscious sphere around him. Nonetheless, MV could no longer got out of the sphere and he realized he was trapped.

When Cross returned to his space station powered by a gigantic black-hole “Lilah” that is in the middle of the milky-way galaxy… his body was sick. It was like his life was drained by MV from inside. All the power of his element and all he could do was not under his control anymore. Gwendoline, the commander of hybrids had to break the main door with her element “Red Plasma” of the ship to reach him. But when she found him, it was too late. Cross died and MV was trapped inside his belly. She awkwardly thought, “ Damn! Now I have to do it by myself.”
