“An order of Anegada Lobster for Brian, and an order of Bajan Flying Fish for Ty.”

The waitress grabbed the other two plates off her giant tray.

“The Antiguan Breakfast for Lilly, and the Keshi Yena for my favorite panda in the world.”

The panda looked away, trying to hide her blushy face.

“Bah..Amber, you can’t be all affectionate towards me while you’re busy at work…”

Amber giggled. 

“Oh relax Renee, it’s not that big of a deal. Besides, this was the last order my parents wanted me to fill for the day.” 

She sat down next to her, wrapping her arms around the panda.

“I also get a lot of joy out of watching you get all flustered, so there’s that too.”

Renee would sigh and look back at Amber with a shy smile.

“Yeah but not in front of the others.”

Brian scratched behind his head and looked at the two with a friendly grin. He was very used to being around those who were friends with his older siblings, and Amber and Renee were no exception.

“Trust me, none of us mind you two being all lovey dovey.”

He’d turn to Lilly.

“Oh, yeah. By the way, thanks for inviting us here for lunch.”

The long haired snow leopard chuckled and turned to give him a hug.

“Of course, little bro. I figured since you two were around here, it wouldn’t be any problem at all.”

Tyler looked up, having crumbs of food on his face.

“Definitely not a problem to me, I've been way too focused on this amazing food.”

Amber would smile.

“I’m glad you love it so much, I cook the food to the best of my ability...even if I need help with it sometimes from the others.”

She gazed towards all the other co-workers. 

“You’d think since I’m the child of the island’s most well-known restaurant owners, I’d be some sort of expert at cooking. Honestly though, I’m really not, but I’m trying my best to improve and help everyone. Eventually I’ll become good enough to handle recipes on my own.”

“I have no doubt in my mind that you will, dear.”

The group would turn towards a figure approaching them; a grey and white furred caribou who had sky blue hair that would match the fur covering her neck and upper chest.

“Sorry, it’s a little quiet, so it was a little hard not to eavesdrop.”

Amber looked at her.

“That’s alright, Clover.”

The caribou would lean to the side of the booth and let her arm rest upon it.

“But, yeah. I can tell you’ve been getting better over time. I can also tell you’re really passionate about it, too, as your enthusiastic spirit is what inspires us to try.”

Lilly butted in.

“Your enthusiasm is sometimes all it takes to motivate others, believe it or not! My good friend Tavi is a pretty good example, considering how fired up she gets when the soccer team comes out.”

Brian would speak up to add to the conversation.
Honestly yeah, if she can literally sit there and hype up the entire crowd, then I’m sure you can do the same thing here.”

Renee turned towards Amber and gave her a hug as she was now the one trying to hide her blush.

“Thanks guys. I really appreciate it.”
