** This recipe has no EXACT measurement except for using a yogurt container as a form of measurement. Yeah, I know, freaking annoying. But it’s easy; don’t sweat your little pants, you hear? Also, it’s a recipe I learned back when I just arrived in France, so it’s special to me.**
[Yields 8 servings; but also depends on how big your yogurt container is.]
Ingredients:
*1 container of plain yogurt
*2 containers of sugar
*3 containers of all-purpose flour
*1 container of vegetable oil
*3 eggs
*1 Tbsp baking powder
*1tsp vanilla extract (or any extract you prefer)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 9-in (23cm) spring form pan
In a large bowl, pour plain yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil. Whisk until combined.
Add flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
Garnish with whatever fruits, nuts, candied toppings, whipped cream, etc.
I told you it’s easy. Now, have at it!
