The only thing I have a major problem with is the last panel. I feel that the dialogue could have been manipulated better. For instance, you could have used a minimum of two bubbles to bring out the weight of the dialogue better. The first bubbled would have had "I'm death. And by definition..." then the second bubble would be placed in a different area with "...you".
Very cool stuff so far. :D
