Have you ever wondered what it'd be like to have superpowers? Most people have, at least in passing, but that isn't quite what this story is about. Powerless is about a typical teenage slacker, Jason Espina, being trapped in a city full of superpowered people and he has none. Can he leave? Can he even survive long enough to come close? Can he adapt and keep up, or will he get left behind?
