Jonna immediately gets off of Saul and turns around. She had always heard that the Sanstia’s daughters were beautiful but up close, it was standing in front of a deity of divine beauty. She’d never imagine she would be standing in front of one of them. Let alone in an awkward situation.

“So? You going to explain to me what you have a girl your bedroom, Saul?” Said Sara as she cracks her knuckles.

“Sara, I can explain.” He said with panic in his voice.

“Pray tell.” She said.

Few minutes have passed by Saul explains the situation to her on how he’s giving her shelter for the night from a crazy old veteran to how they ended up down on the floor.

“I see. While I understand that you wanted to protect, I can’t abide that you broke Andrea’s rule about showing her where you’re staying.” She said.

“I must agree.” A familiar voice called out.

“oh no.” Saul said.

Suddenly Saul was hit on the head from behind. Saul turned around as he covered his head. And low and behold, Andrea was behind giving him an angered look.

“I gave two rules to follow and you already broke them. How naïve are you really?” Andrea asks.

“Andrea has a point you know Saul.” Another familiar voice came.

“Oh god no.” Saul panics.

Saul looks and sees Miyoko descending down from the ceiling as she lands behind and wraps him around her arms. But did suddenly it turned from a hug to a chokehold as Miyoko is now choking him.

“Here I am worried about you and here I see you fondling with another woman besides us? Are you trying to dig yourself a deep grave little one?” Miyoko asks as she still has him in a chokehold.

“Can’t….. breath….. uncle…. Uncle uncle uncle!!!” Saul said as he attempts to break free.

Jonna witnessing the entire ordeal and starts to question how is he working for them as a bodyguard? He’s being treated more like he was their little brother or even a toy for them to mess around with. And they were switching back and forth on who can mess around with him. Just by watching he looks mildly uncomfortable as he’s being tossed around wildly like a doll. Seeing him being tossed around was enough to anger Jonna and make her a bit jealous. Having enough of seeing Saul being tossed around like that she splits Andrea and Miyoko were pulling Saul back and forth but then she grabbed him and pulled him away from the others.

“Excuse me but who gave you the rights to take him?” Miyoko asks.

Hastily she writes in on her notepad and shows it to them.

“Je ne vous laisserai pas tous les trois jouer un jeu aussi mal élevé et déloyal envers mon petit frère! Si vous souhaitez l'atteindre, vous devez d'abord passer par moi!” She wrote.

(i won't allow you three to play such ill-mannered and foul play towards my little brother! If you wish you get to him you have to go through me first!)

“What did she say?” Miyoko asks.

“Did you seriously didn’t pick up any language when we visited the East City a few decades back?” Andrea ask.

“Hey, I know how to pick up guys while I was there. I don’t know squat about pick up their languages. Plus they speak too many for me to keep track.” Miyoko responded.

Saul broke free from Jonna’s grip and then saw what Jonna wrote. Embarrassed by what she wrote, Jonna rips the page off and tossed it into the corner of the room, turns away, and pretends to whistle. Saul sighed from what she did and decided he should introduce each other.

(“Well, Jonna, these girls are my masters. Sara, Andrea, and Miyoko Sanstia. Daughters of the Lord of the South.”) He said.

“Well look at you being very linguistic kiddo.” Miyoko said as she rubs Saul’s head.

“I know it to a degree. In a way, I’m her translator because not many people here can speak French.” He replied.

“Well, why can’t tell us herself?” Miyoko asked.

“She …. Can’t speak…. Not anymore.” Saul replied with dishearten tone in his voice.

They drew their attention towards him when he said “not anymore” as Jonna was clenching her notepad. Saul calms her down by placing his hand on her shoulder. He nodded to her to let her know that she can trust them. Jonna hesitated at first but then she showed them the inside of her mouth showing them that she has no tongue. They didn’t react at first until Andrea came up to and take a closer look at the inside of her mouth.   

“hhmm, a force cut off. I’m surprised you’re still alive especially with how cut it off.” Andrea said as she inspects Jonna’s mouth. Though Jonna didn’t understand what she was saying.

Andrea wanted to examine her mouth even further but Jonna backs away because she started feeling uncomfortable with a stranger poking around her mouth, even if she was a doctor. Sara then approaches Jonna as she takes Jonna’s notepad as she skims through it. Jonna was angered that she took her notepad. Sara was skimming through the past notes and noticed how a majority of them are very opened towards Saul.

(“So, I’m assuming you have taken very fond of my servant here have you?”) Sara said as she speaks in French.

Jonna was surprised by Sara that she can speak French. Especially how superb it sounds as if it was her native language. Jonna takes the notepad back and begins to write.

(“You speak my language as well?”) She hastily asked.

(“I spend most of my childhood in the Eastern City learning other languages. However, you still didn’t answer my question.”) Sara responded.

Jonna hesitates to answer at first but then she frowned and writes an answer for her.

(“As I said, he’s my little brother. And I do not tolerate such behavior that you and your sisters are doing to him.”) Jonna wrote with a frown on her face.

“…. Saul is she really your sister? Cause last time your sister is back home.” Sara said with a look of dread in her eyes.

“What?! No no no! She isn’t my sister! She just acts…”

Saul stopped midsentence when he saw Jonna pouting her face and glaring at Saul to watch his tone. But the situation gets worse as Sara is also glaring at him as her eyes turned black as night with bloodshot red eyes pulsing waiting for him to answer. The pressure for him to respond was real as Andrea and Miyoko sit back and enjoyed the show. However, before Saul had a chance to answer, Jonna and Sara pulled on Saul as they begin to have a tug of war and Saul was unfortunately the rope.

(“Well, I appreciate the thought of you adopting this young one he already has a family and he belongs to the Sanstia household.”) Sara said as a dark menacing purple aura surrounds her.

(“I appreciate your charity of looking after him but clearly, you’re not doing a good job giving his current injuries on his arms! So I’ll be taking my little brother and we will be going back to our room now.”) Jonna wrote as a menacing red aura was surround her.

“…..Why me?!” Saul yells as he’s being pulled back and forth by Sara and Jonna.

Sara and Jonna continue to pull Saul but as they pull even harder until Saul was screaming out in pain but they ignored him. Having enough of their child’s play of making chose one of them he pulls them together until they bumped into each other. They pant as they exhausted from the pulling until both Sara and Jonna got up and start arguing with each other.

(“Look! As much I appreciate you want to look after my boy you can’t just adopt him out of the blue while he already has a family and currently working for my family!”) Sara yells.

(“Well. I don’t want him to work for a family where he’s risking his own life in the frontlines and then treating like a boy toy when he should be resting! I’m taking Saul with me!”) Jonna wrote angrily towards Sara.

(“Oh no, you are not! Saul belongs to me!”) Sara yells.

“ENOUGH! BOTH OF YOU!” Saul yells.

Everyone in the room was left silent from the volume of Saul’s angered yelling. Even Sara never believed he would hide such anger within him. But then she tries to scoff it off like it’s nothing.

“Oh Saul, you’re clearly being overdramatic.” Sara said in a calming voice.

“Says the one who’s being extremely protective just because I made a new friend! Just because you own me doesn’t give you the right to be helicopter mom mode on me 24/7!” Saul yells as he actually makes Sara back up a bit from his yelling.

Jonna taunts Sara by flipping her off with a middle finger to which Sara responds by growling at her.

(“Don’t think you’re out of the woods either Jonna. While I get that you want to protect me, that doesn’t give you the right to call your judgment of wanting to protect me or even adopt me for that matter. I understand that wish to protect me as well given my current state but I am capable on handle much worse conditions. Believe me, just ask these three psycho ladies.”) Saul said as he pointed at the Sanstia sisters.

“Hey!” they yelled.

Jonna began to write in notepad to write her argument in the matter but Saul stops midway as he takes her pen then pokes her nose. Jonna gave off a frustrated pout but then Saul responded with a smile.

(“Jonna, I’ll be fine. Really, there’s nothing I can’t handle.”) He said.

The soft smile, the reassuring voice, and even the look of innocence in his eyes. it was like she was starring at a spitting image of Jaune if he grew up to be like Saul. The way he acts as if there was nothing to worry about, even with how injured he is, she can’t if this is a living nightmare for her or a bitter-sweet dream. She clutches her hand at first as she wanted to hit Saul on the head to suggest action but then she slowly walks towards him and hugs him. Saul blushes but is also slightly confused about Jonna’s action. She then backs away and pats Saul’s head to which he blushes off yet again. She then stops and writes in her notepad.

(“Very well. If you say that with sincerity then I will take your word for it. Just… be more cautious from now on okay?”) she wrote.

(“Cross my heart. And you don’t need to treat me like a child.”) He said.

All was going well until the Sanstia sister grabbed him behind as they have looks of extreme jealousy on them as their eyes were black with red pulsating iris in their eyes. They began to tease Saul as they ruffled his hair, tickled him, and even stretching out his cheeks. From viewing all of this, Jonna is having seconds thoughts about his situation.
