Holy crap... I've seen a lot of comics and fanfiction in my life. Good and bad. But your work, Vic Yamato, just shocked me.
I read the entire comic in one sitting. He sincerely laughed at the jokes and funny presentation of the original game events. Blender for blending Personas, characters whose actions from the original are hyper-hyped to the limit - all this evoked positive emotions, I read it voraciously.
And then the final chapters began...
Akechi's transformation into Black Mask was expertly done. He was left alive in a seemingly comical fashion. But he survived, escaped and fired his Chekov pistol at the Joker.
The revolver from the President Trump filler and the bullets taken from Iwai (which were also given as a joke about Persona 3) help the Joker kill Akechi in a masterfully staged scene when all the Phantom Thieves and Shinya Oda are spiritually one with their leader at this moment.
The revelation that Igor has been deceiving us all this time is presented much more shockingly and unexpectedly, because before that there was a lot of humor and cringe. And the most unexpected thing is that... Igor deliberately chose NOT Ren Amamiya to win! He calculated everything (at least, I think so)! It masterfully turns everything upside down and is therefore perceived more strongly!
The scene with the broken phone, when the cracks spread to the entire page, is worthy of applause. This is just amazing work. Like the whole last chapter, where the quality of art and directing went from the level of "comedy cringe comics" to "Stanley Kubrick movie".
Well, chaos theory from Kawakami gave way to the New Game Plus, which I met with your work, Vic Yamato. Honestly, I did not expect this at all! And the stronger my desire to read your comics further! You impressed me! Thank you and good luck with your work!
