Once she had left the room, Rowan turned to Micah “For the love of the goddess, son, do not get that girl pregnant. If you do…..anything, use a condom. She is no where near ready for your pups” Micah whined softly at his dad “I don't give a fuck for your objections, you will listen to this. She’s 15 years old and I cant put her on the pill because I don't know if its going to work on her because I don't know for sure exactly what she is. So you use a condom, you hear me boy?… I don't care how old you are, right now you are a love sick puppy. As soon as we leave you will be in that room trying to paint yourself onto her again. And I’m assigning Mark to be her guard. He knows her like we don't. Take her to meet Mrs Black later and don't keep her hidden up here.” Rowan told Micah before patting his head and getting up to leave. He and Mark called goodbye to Ashlyn through the door, she called a brief bye back. 

Micah picked up his clothes in his teeth and dragged them over to Ashlyn's door. Using his paw to pull the handle and open the door he padded in, depositing his clothes he looked up at Ashlyn sat on the bed with the blanket from the lounge in her lap, a tin of pencils and pencil case with sharpeners and rubbers and other bits and bobs in were at her side, a sketch pad on-top of the blanket. “I don’t even know how to make that make sense on paper” she said to Micah, who headed over to the edge of the bed and placed his front paws on, a silent but obvious question. Ashlyn nodded. “Can I draw you? I mean Zander? Like this?” She asked him, confusing herself a little. Micah huffed out his agreement, jumping on the bed and stretching out, trying to pull off the “paint me like one of your french girls, Jack” pose from Titanic. He failed, making Ashlyn laugh ‘I like that sound little mate’ Zander purred in her head. When Ashlyn looked at Micah, she noticed that his green eye was glowing “Zander?” She asked shyly ‘you asked for him, we are sharing control for now, he might get bored with sitting still though and go to sleep’ Micah said in her head. Ashlyn bit on her bottom lip “can I ask you guys a question?” She whispered softly, taking the huff they gave as an agreement to answer she continued “Rowan said I’m both your mates, because I don't have a wolf for Zander… but… I mean… how does that work? Do you want to mate properly too? I mean, I can see curling up and reading a book with you, your very comfortable to lay on but hows…. You know…. That meant to work?” Ashlyn asked shyly, blushing deeply. Micah/ Zander huffed, it sounded suspiciously like they were laughing at her, Ashlyn narrowed her eyes at him, which only made them laugh in her head and bound over to lick her face “ew! No! Bad wolf!” She laughed back. As they settled back down Micah answered her mentally ‘it’s ok babe, like how I can control this from, Zander can be present and control my human body too so he can spend time with you like that, he just likes having his fur stroked, or maybe you showed him you wanted to touch it, like you did with me and the cuddle last night? And he’s got it mixed up. He thinks differently and might not realise it wasn't his own thought but yours, it does feel good to have your fingers in our fur so’ Micah gave a mental shrug. ‘Now get to drawing…. We want to see’ he demanded playfully, wanting her to stop worrying about things that wouldn't be an issue for a while yet, there was no way he would be letting Zander anywhere near her sexually for a very long time, he could be far too rough. 

They spent a few hours on Ashlyn's bed, once she the basic sketch Micah changed back and put his pants on, laying at her side and watching over her shoulder as she expertly shaded and coloured to bring the flat basic outline to life. He couldn't believe her skill, his eyes in the image, it was uncanny, they looked alive, he wouldn't be surprised if the animal literally jumped off the page. “Can I keep it?” He asked her. She looked up at him, uncertain “you really like it?” When he nodded with a grin on his face, she leant into him a little “if you leave it with me I can put it on canvas, put you in a forest or something?” Ashlyn suggested. Micah nodded excitedly, “but I want a picture of that one to show off while I wait.” Ashlyn chuckled and put the sketch pad down in front of him, packing up her pencils and putting them carefully into a drawer. “I need some different paints and brushes to get it just right, if I wrote it down would someone be able to get it for me?” Micah shook his head, lining the sketch up to take a photo on his phone “No need, I’ll take you shopping tomorrow, we might have to drive far out though, so no one sees you who might want to take you back” Ashlyn nodded, she wasn't sure how she felt about this. Clearly these people weren’t insane, everything they had told her was true, but was she really better off here? They organised a car crash to kidnap her, presumably hoping that the authorities would assume she was dead. It’s not like she had any family to miss her but still, did they not care that someone could have actually died? On the other hand though, could she really leave Micah now? She could feel the bond growing between them the more time they spent together. She could feel his emotions more and more. His elation when she said she would put the sketch onto a canvas, his wariness at her lack of a reaction to shopping. Ashlyn didn't think she could be apart from him at this point.
