He lit a cig and took a deep puff. He glanced at the boy who was lying beside him.

Jay sweetly brushed his dishevelled hair and smiled, “but it was great man! Haven’t been enjoying my time this much recently… Phew! Do you want a smoke?”

The boy was looking at his phone. He felt a little irritated at the constant yapping. He kept his phone aside and got up, “Tsk! Just a puff or two!”

He got busy in collecting his clothes lying around the bed.

“Such a mess, tsk!” he pulled an annoyed face at Jay. Jay gave him an apologetic smile.

He rolled his eyes and continued picking up his clothes. He put them on the nightstand and came to Jay, grabbed his hand and took a puff from the cig that Jay was holding in between his fingers.

Their eyes locked.

Jay gazed at those black eyes, “Your eyes… They are so beautiful, you are so beautiful and…” he paused, their eyes still locked at each other.

“And?” The boy asked.

Jay grabbed his butt cheeks and chuckled, “you have cute and sexy butt cheeks and…” he paused again, “your inside feels so amazing, hot and soft…ah!”

The boy again took a puff, pushed away Jay’s hand and rolled his eyes, “I know that I ooze sexiness from head to toe. But don’t get so horny now, I am not in the mood anymore to take care of it, I am done for today. I am going to borrow your bathroom for a bit.”

He took all his creased and dishevelled under garments and clothes, heading straight to the bathroom.

“He’s so cute,” Jay smiled softly and continued taking his after-sex puffs.

The boy came out in a few minutes and said, “Jay, I didn’t where to put the laundry, so I put the used towel on the basin.”

As soon as he finished his sentence, his phone buzzed. He glanced at the incoming notifications and said, “I got to go, meeting up with my chumps.”

“You are leaving already? You can have some snacks before leaving…”

“Thanks, but I am already running late. Oh! Where is your dressing corner? I need to set my hair a little.”

“It’s on your way out to the living room. Don’t worry cutie, you will get familiar with the stuff here soon,” he winked. “And be careful on your way home. Don’t forget to send me a text when you reach home. Or else I will worry,” he chuckled, “or... you can simply give me a call.”

The boy stopped on his way out and turned back to Jay. He seemed to be astounded and speechless.

“Umm…Jay, I guess you are misled about something here! First of all, we are not meeting up again, not for SEX at least. Secondly, it is totally a one time thing, so stop acting like a cheesy boyfriend. And thirdly, keep your girl’s things away when you are inviting someone to your house to fuck. That’s really annoying. I kept her bra that was hanging beside the towel cause it stinks, do care to wash that too.” he smirked. “Does she know that you can fuck a boy also?”

His words took Jay by surprise. He tossed the cigarette butt out of the window and cussed under his breath, “That bitch! Can’t even take care of her damned chattels. BITCH!”

He cleared his throat and said, “Hey, don’t misunderstand the situation, okay? Just cool down and listen to me! I just thought you enjoyed today! I thought… I thought we were physically compatible! Don’t you think so?” he entreated the boy.

The boy sniggered at him, “Wow, you can be so delirious as well! I can be pretty compatible with anyone. It’s not just YOU. And yes, I loved your monstrous thick Jay junior, but I am least interested in making a double faced ass-hole cheater for my partner. Sweet Adieu.”

*BANG*

He slammed the door with a loud bang and left. He could still hear Jay’s outraged screaming, “Hey, SHIN! You sonuvabitch… Why the fuck won’t you listen to me… You cheeky bastard! FUCK!”

“Tsk! Ass-hole” Shin rolled his eyes and left.

He took out his phone, scrolled down the call log and called the person who texted him earlier, “Hey... Kim, where are you? Send me your location. I fucking need a beer to calm my head down!”

“Lol, someone got screwed up. Come at XXBucks. We are already here.” Shin’s one of the closest friends, aka Eugene Kim, sneered.

“Yeah, order a beer, large and fried chicken for me. I will be there within twenty minutes if I get the bus soon.”

“See ya, mate. Lol.”

Shin put the phone back in his pocket and strode his way to the bus stop.

It’s already Spring and beautiful flowers are blooming along the sidewalk, both wild and colourful.

He walked past them slowly brushing his hand against the bushes covered with fresh blooms. His eyes had a lonely passionate gaze when he stared at the alluring shades of red maple trees.

He suddenly stopped at the side of the sidewalk staring at the beautiful blooms, blazing maples and the clear blue skies.

The beauty was too much to take in for a dull soul like him.

He felt dizzy from all the overwhelming surge of emotions within him. With his hands inside the pockets of his jacket, he stood numb gazing at them.

*BUMP*

Shin looked at his side, startled!

“Man, for god’s sake, don't suddenly stand in the middle of the busy pavement! Are you okay though?” a middle aged man asked him worriedly.

“Oh…um…yeah, I’m fine. S-Sorry…for suddenly standing in the middle of the way… Are you hurt anywhere?” Shin was still in a daze, unable to comprehend what was happening around.

His conscience got back when the man shook him by his shoulder, “Hey, I am alright. Are you sure you're fine?”

“Oh! Certainly I am. Sorry and thank you. I am all fine,” he said, pulling up his lips into a pale smile.

“Okay then, I will be on my way. Be careful, lad!” the man walked away.

*SIGH*

He sighed and lightly kicked a small pebble towards the bushes.

He silently wished if there would be someone who would blaze his heart with passion just like these maple trees. Who would bring Spring to his cold frostbitten heart, just like these wild flowers.

He sneered, his face down, because he knew, rather he believed that no one ever exists who could paint his white heart with colours of love and trust, nor would they melt the ice in his heart.

*TING*

The bus stopped at the stop. He got onto the bus and sat on a window side seat with his arms crossed, clutching a bunch of wild colourful flowers.
