For those unfamiliar with Omegaverse, every Omega, whether they’re male or female, goes through something called a heat/ oestrus. It’s a period in which an Omega is the most fertile. They are ovulating at that time and if they have unprotected sex, they have a high chance of getting pregnant. There are methods of birth control.
A heat is a VERY intimate experience with an Alpha. So it’s more than just having sex. Most of the time, an Omega would wait to share it with either their claim mate, or husband. So Bo asking for Seiya's heat here is a big deal.
