I arrived at a big white building. It had a friendly looking sign with a cat and dog on it, which was probably to compensate for the plainness of the building. I walked up the steps and peeked inside the big glass doors. After deciding everything was friendly I opened the doors with a subtle creek. There was a blue receptionist desk with a very busy lady behind it. She looked up and gave me a smile “can I help you sir?”
“Yes I’m here for the interview.”
She looked relieved.
“Right this way sir” the receptionist pointed to a blue door with a small glass panel. I walked through and was met with the view of many animals. Dogs on the left, cats on the right. In the middle was a walkway with some fake grass.
I kept walking and approached a wooden door at the end. I assumed this was my door and happily walked inside. I saw many posters on the wall. Some were pictures of animals, some vet recommendations, and others advertisements for adopting a pet.

I was organising my desk and getting ready for the interview. This is the 23rd time I have had this interview. After the 4th time I have gotten progressively more nervous. It seem nobody wants to work for an omega. They think omegas shouldn’t be CEOs of companies. Stupid. They think they should just be home cleaning for their partner. Screw that. I can lead my company if I want. It is always the same. People leaving as soon as they smelt my pheromones. Whilst I could use a suppressant, I won’t because people with such prejudice shall not work in my company that helps both people and animals. And I am the opposite of a stereotypical omega thank you. I will punch people in the jaw at the super market for saying they were superior to omegas. Stereotypes are stupid.
I sat in my chair and waited patiently for the candidate. I brushed by white hair to the side and straightened my tie. I heard the door open and in walked an alpha with short brown hair. He was staring at the posters on the wall, looking quite dumb. I groaned, which seemed to get his attention. I was not looking forward to dealing with an alpha. Stupid dumb alphas thinking there better than everyone else. Ugh.
“First things first, no prejudice in my company!”

I was a little taken a back by this. Why exactly would he say that. I looked at the guy who said this, they were about 6’’ 1 and had soft looking white hair. They had chocolate brown skin and it was obvious that they worked out.
“I promise there will be zero prejudice from me” I replied.
A few minutes later I was walking out the door with a secured job position.
