Sandro Barrio is a Isthmus National Policeman, and he has found his brother Xavier Barrio dead. They tell him that Xavier Barrio died by a drug overdose. He suspects that someone murder his brother. So, Sandro Barrio goes after a Romanian Mafioso, Andrea Pop. Whom he thinks is behind his brother’s murder. Sandro Barrio joins The Anti-Crime Agency in order to get Andrea Pop. However, Sandro Barrio must go after a Colombian Kingpin, Darwin Morales, before he can go after Andrea Pop. They give him a costume, weapons, and a codename. He is Codename Killer.
