full of smoke from bombs thrown at me, while people in uniforms yelling "Stop!" every two seconds.
Okay, this needs an actual explanation, again with the sunny day scene and the classical morning cliché music.
A small apartment fit for two, in a breezy room... "OH SHOOT! I'M LATE AGAIN" I exclaimed panicking, it was the first day of school, again. "I told you to put an alarm, Kam" stated Diana and Kuya, Diana is my best ghost buddy ol' pal since I was 9, and of course Kuya Kei is my well, kuya or older brother. "I DID ADD MULTIPLE ALARMS!" I yelled back, Diana replied with "You are a sleepy head" while Kuya responded with "You always sleep late." at the same time. Luckily, I understood both, yet whined with a "Can you atleast help me pack my notebooks?". She knew it was meant for Kuya so she stayed put, just judging me while I was chasing against the clock, how apathetic of her, also ironic actually.
As I was adding my manga books, Kuya suggested "Maybe you should only bring one book, after all, if you brought the least books in a collection you would still have to bring 12 thick books." I stopped and blinked, "You're right" I replied, as I added a Legend of the Gold Sword Vol. 3 in and removed the other books. He muttered a 'you read that over seven times now' and I replied with a small laugh "Haha, but you and I don't have any extra to buy the next book" but he just gave a soft smile and stood up . "Welp you gotta run to school now." he mentioned, "WHAT WHY?!" I yelled back, looking at the clock, 7:05, "But school starts at 7:30!" I stated, he looked at me and smiled again "I can see traffic earlier, if I drove you to school, you'd be an hour late, minimum." he stated. Okay then... I zipped my bag and went down with Diana, she had a plate of toast and a glass of orange ready at the table, ghosts would normally have gone right throught the glass, but they could move or pick up light objects, like a pitcher or an arm. I drank the glass as quickly as possible and held the toast on my mouth, the pair of shoes I got was tied in a checkerboard pattern, only I had enough time and energy to do such a tedious and complex tie. I took something form a secret drawer in the cabinet, my vigilante disguise and the cowl that had just reacher three-fourths of my arms. I hid it in the lowest part of my bag so no one would see it in plain sight. Saying a loud goodbye to Kuya,it sounded like he told was trying to tell me something from upstairs but it was muffled. I went outside... and he was completely right.
Kamaria is a vigilante by the name of Artemis, odd. She talks to a ghost on a regular basis, also odd. And she- what's this? a key to the gates to the underworld? (and) having to save souls entrapped? having to save people on a daily basis? Okay, this is absolutely absurd.
In a world where the government fears any type of magic, a vigilante group by the name of 'The Greeks' have mana-filled abilities who save single 'kindred spirits' who need their 'other half' to survive. Not to mention Kamaria can't keep hiding things any longer, her brother is concerned about her coming back from school hurt, and not to mention the Presidents of the student council and newspaper club trying to find her true identity, add the fact that a recurring villain tries to recruit her on the spot and the worst part? She holds one of the keys to the afterlife. Now she wants to find why she has the key, and what else does the key hold...
At least her ghost buddy Diana isn’t related to all of this right?
