The cell was dark, night had fallen and by the feel of the cool air it had crept well into the night already. A shaggy haired man sat in his same old chair legs creeking beneath him. “This is it.” He thought to himself. “She said she’d come tonight.” He looked up as the door unlocked a swiftly came open. A woman, his daughter Morgan had arrived and this time she had friends. Morgan no longer wore the black suit but instead wore a green dress and was shrouded in a purple cloak. The men that followed her were all clad in Steel suits of armor. Each of the men knelt before him. “Are you ready Father?” The woman spoke. The man looked up eagerness in his eyes. “Do you have it?”
The woman pulled a long object wrapped in a silky blue cloth. “The other has already called to Arthur.” She spoke. “I fear mother was right, the day has came sooner than we thought.” The man didn't speak though he simply sat as two men unshackled him from the arms of the chair and he grasped the object in his hands. He began to unwrap it slowly to reveal a golden sheathed sword with fine brown leather wrapped around it's hold and an amber stone in its pommel. He grasped the sword and a shock of energy ran through him. “Are you ready my King?” One of the men spoke. The man stood from his chair, he could feel his muscles quickly regenerating even now. He looked out towards to outside seeing the moonlight peeking down the stairs at the end of the hall before him. “Where are we?” He spoke to them. Morgan answered. “Would you believe if I said Area 51?” The man turned and looked at her in surprise. “I must be important.” He laughed. “Dangerous.” Morgan smiled. The man began to walk out the door “Them let’s make them remember why they put me here.”
The sounds of gunfire rang across the facility, weapons of the future and present alike all trying to fell the man. He swiped each and every bullet, Lazer, and missile that flew his way, ripples of red energy pulsing from the blade with every deflection. He moved so fast his attackers could barley see him. In a flash he cut down three men and slashed a stream of energy that flew across the compound destroying a tank. He dashed forward slaying all that stood against him. Before Morgan and the men could even finish exiting the cell from under ground where he had been kept all was still except the rumbling of fire. The exited to see him thrust his sword into a man's chest so hard it dropped him to his knees. He drew the blade backwards kicking the man free. He turned the sword with a flick of his wrist and the blood flew to the ground leaving it clean as the day it was forged.
Morgan looked around realizing more had come of this than she had expected. The man turned and looked at her. “Take me to my Homeland, there are allies we must gather.” Morgan waved her hand before her twisting and untwisting her fingers into different patterns. Her eyes flashed green and a emerald portal cracked open before them. It sounded like electricity crackling as it peeled itself wider. “What should I tell Arty?” She asked her father. “Leave him to Merlin. You're coming with me.” The men, Morgan and her father all entered the Portal and it shut with a fury behind them.
