Remembering all the past training that she did with Daniel and Veronique, it seemed like all that work will pay off tonight. Chantel nervously put her hand out to concentrate on the music magic mage before he could even hurt Darren. Inducement pain on a human was something she never did before. From the time she was with the Rise of Light, Veronique, and Daniel, they only had Leticia and her train their powers on nearly dead animals. Something that Chantel always hated because of her love for animals.

Focusing back on the present, she thought about where to put the pain and how severe it would be. The petite girl did not want to kill the man and could always heal him, but she needed a skilled Bio-Kinesis to fix her mess up. Therefore, Daniel was her backup, in case things went wrong.

“Give him a little migraine, just to knock him out. You’re not killing him. If you screw that up, I’ll fix it,” Daniel told her sternly.

Once arriving at the scene, she listened to the whole interaction between Marco and Darren while hiding behind the trees and kneeling on the ground to watch them. Her head tilted over to Toby, who was busy conjuring up another portal spell to get the two of them closer. Soon, a blue-gray portal revealed itself in front of Daniel and Chantel. All she needed to do was wait for Darren's signal to come in. One thing that the two friends bet on beforehand, they knew that Marco's pride was going to be his downfall in this fight.

“Good… Now. I’m going to be so rich now that I will be turning all of you in,” The petite girl witnessed Marco directed his wand at Darren.

“Ah, that’s a shame… Too bad you haven’t got smarter,” Noticing Darren's smirk at him, Chantel got up from the ground ready to move fast!

Hearing her cue to come in, Daniel and she appeared out of Toby's portal, then knocked Marco to the ground! Both of them sat on the man. Chantel touched his head, then sent a bolt of energy into it. She bit her lip, hoping that whatever type of pain she sent to Marco was not lethal.

After hearing painful screams, the petite girl finally knocked the man out. After all of this, she galloped up to Darren to see if he was alright. Checking his body, she could see very few wounds and bruises, which, using a First Aid Kit, can solve that issue. Chantel overheard Daniel praising her for, at least, knocking out Marco, which she responded by eye rolling at him. 

When Toby reunited with the group and they briefly chatted with each other, Daniel went up to Marco to go check his pulse. Daniel gave her a thumbs up, which Chantel took a deep breath of relief when he did that. She felt pleased that she did not become a murderer, thankfully.
