Toto was relieved about being discharged from the hospital. He didn't want to worry his mother or his sister any longer than he had to. He also never liked the hospital food that much. They didn’t have any brownies, which was his favorite dessert.

Toto walked into the elevator pushing the 1st floor button. He waited for the elevator to reach the bottom floor as he listened to the crappy music that was playing.

Once the elevator reached the 1st floor, Toto walked out. He wanted a brownie as soon as he got home. As he walked out of the building he checked in his pocket and realized he forgot his phone in his room on the 3rd floor of the hospital.

He walked back in and made his way to the front desk.

“ Hi, I forgot my phone in my room, is it alright if I go back to get it? "

He asked the lady at the front desk. She nodded her head without even looking up at Toto. Toto ignored her rudeness and walked back to the elevator which he came down from.

He hit the 3rd floor button and waited for the crappy elevator music to end.

He finally got off and made his way into his room. “ Room 297. "

He turned the light on and looked for where he put his phone. After searching everywhere. He finally found his phone in the table drawer sitting on top of the old book from his dream.

He grabbed his phone along with the book, and sat down on the hospital bed. Toto was still  confused on how he got the book in the first place.

He opened the book but knew what he would see.

Nothing.

The pages were all blank, with not a single word in it.

He was about to close the book when he noticed the same thing that happened in his dream with the book, happening now. Words started to appear in the book again forming words into a sentence, Except, this time, was different.

With the words that were forming in the book, a picture also started to appear in the book. The picture was of a tall lady with a pale white face. She had a stitched face and stitched eyes. She wore ragged clothes like she had just gotten out of the grave. She was really skinny and her hands were long and sharp like claws. She had long black hair that went to her hips.

The words were done with what they were sorting out. Toto saw the name for the picture of the lady in the book.

“ Mary. "

Toto read the description for Mary and was frightened by what she was and what she did.

He started to read it out loud to himself.

“ Mary likes to eat the insides of human beings. She finds it very intriguing and exciting to shove her hand down the person's throat and eat from the inside of the person. Her stitched face is to stitch together the wide and deep mouth. If you stare at her face, you will find yourself in a trance you will not be able to escape from. Mary is one of The Ringmaster’s favorite creations. She is one of the major 5. "

'' The Ringmaster . " Toto said in a soft voice.

Suddenly, the lights in his hospital room started to flicker on and off. He closed the book and stared at the lights until they eventually turned off completely.

It was pitch dark.

He turned on his camera light, shining it around the room. Toto walked to the window wondering if something outside happened. The whole hospital was dark. There was not a single light in sight. After a couple minutes of looking outside, Toto walked to the doorway shining his light ahead him.

“ Hello. "

Toto yelled as he peeked his head out. The hallway had a few lights on but they were flickering on and off. Toto walked down the hallway hoping to find anybody.

He tried yelling again but no response came back. As Toto turned the corner not knowing where he was going, he heard a noise nearby.

Curious to see what the noise was, but also cautious, Toto crept towards the noise. He stopped next to a faculty room and peeked his head inside.

The light was flickering in the room but he could still see the sight that almost made Toto drop his phone.

It was the tall lady in the book.

Mary.

She was bent over one of the nurses ripping out her insides from her throat. It was like an animal eating another animal. Everything was being torn out from the throat. Mary shoved her hand down deep and took out the nurses guts splattering out all over the floor. The stitches on Mary’s mouth were coming apart as a wide mouth with razor sharp sets of teeth emerged. She shoved all of the nurses intestines that were on the floor into her mouth, like a chipmunk with nuts.

Toto watched in horror as Mary finally ripped out the nurse's eyeballs. Blood was spurting out of her eye sockets. The blood was dripping down her body and onto the floor. Instead of eating the eyes, Mary had kept the eyes in her hand. Toto was too terrified to question why she didn’t eat the eyeballs.

He backed up but stopped dead cold when his notifications went off sending a loud ring through the room.

Mary snapped her head towards Toto, staring at him.

Toto made a run for it.

He ran through the hospital halls hoping to find an elevator. He made the mistake of looking back as Mary was chasing after him crawling all over the walls like a spider. Her mouth wide open ready to strike at any moment.

Toto turned the corner, ramming into someone.

Toto quickly got up and grabbed them, bringing them into the closest room. He closed the door as fast as he could but tried to be silent about it.

The lights in the room were off, but despite the darkness Toto could somewhat see around him. He turned to the person, realizing that whoever he grabbed was a young girl. He could see that she had white hair and light blue eyes, but couldn't see her face. Toto put his ear to the door listening to Mary scattering by them.

After hearing nothing he finally let out a long breath that he was holding in.

“ Hey, what's going on? "

Toto ignored the girl's question, he tried calling Lia but she wouldn’t pick up.

The young girl grabbed Toto and pulled him face to face.

“ What's going on. " she asked again.

Toto looked at her embarrassed a little since he’s never been this close face to face to a girl before. Not even Hannah.

Toto could hear something from outside of the door.

“ Shh. " he said, covering her mouth. Toto stood up to the door window, peeking out.

“ Hello? "

Someone's voice ran through the halls echoing throughout the 3rd floor. Toto opened the door to find a police officer standing at the door.

“ Officer! "

Toto was relieved to see a police officer. The young girl followed behind Toto.

Toto explained everything that happened.

“ A tall stitched face nurse eating lady huh. "

The officer didn’t seem to believe Toto’s story.

“ You know what, why don't I look for this tall lady, tell her to back off you know. "

'' NO! You can't, she’ll eat you! " Toto tried to tell the officer to not look for her, but he didn't seem to listen to him. Toto watched the officer walk down the hall with his flashlight lighting his way. He looked left and right to the halls next to him shining his flashlight down each hall. He finally turned around facing Toto and the girl.

“ I think she left kid, so you’ll be saf….. " He stopped about mid way through his sentence before he was grabbed from the room behind him.

His screaming was booming through the halls and eventually came to a stop.

It was silent for a few seconds before his body came flying through the air landing in front of Toto. His throat was ripped out, with blood pouring all over the floors.

Mary arose from the darkness in the room with her mouth still unstitched showing her razor sharp sets of teeth.

“ What the hell is that? ''

The young girl said in a quiet voice. Toto grabbed the girl’s hand telling her to run. Together they ran as fast as they could searching for a way to escape.

They had no luck.

It seemed as if every elevator and staircase had just disappeared. Desperate of what to do, Toto got an idea that might work.

He told the girl to follow him as he made a run back to his room. Toto remembered there being a giant bush outside of his window. It was risky but it was the only option if they wanted to survive.

They made it to his room slamming the door shut. Toto told the girl to open the window and start throwing anything soft she could find onto the big bush. The girl did as she was told and threw pillows, blankets and anything soft outside the window and onto the bush.

Toto was finding it very hard to keep the door closed as Mary tried to pry her way in, scratching and ramming against the door. The girl got the concept of what they were going to do so she stood at the edge of the window seal, she held her breath for a couple of seconds before disappearing from Toto’s sight.

Toto stayed a few seconds before sprinting to the window. Mary busted through the door and screamed a blood curdling scream.

Toto looked at her and saw someone standing right next to Mary.

A ringmaster.

Toto, turned back around and jumped out of the window. Air was rushing through his ears as he was falling. It was the scariest moment of Toto’s life.

He landed on the giant bush with all of the pillows and blankets. He felt like he got the wind knocked out of him. He tried to catch his breath before getting up.

The girl was right next to him helping him. “ Come one, let's get out of this area before we rest. "

Toto and the girl ran out of the hospital area parking lot and across the street. They heard lots of sirens and saw police cars coming their way. Toto looked at the window they jumped out of and saw the ringmaster standing there, smiling at him with his sharp teeth. He said something, but since they were far away, he didn't hear him. When Toto blinked, the ringmaster was gone, like he disappeared into the dark.
