I slowly edged my way to the back back of the room.

There sat a tiny figure, in a cage, hidden under lace.

My mate was giving a pup like growl with a slight whine with every step I took closer to the cage.

'MATE! Let me out Davian! I want our mate!' Rain was hollering in my head and scratching at the surface.

It hurt. I pushed him back.

"Chill Rain can't you see he's scared enough?" I yelled back.

I felt Rain give submission.

I knelt in front of the cage and slowly pulled away the lace.

My tiny mate was huddled in the corner letting out a high pitched whine.

When my eyes thoroughly took in the sight of my mate, I was entranced.

From the looks of his size he could have been no taller then 5 feet.

His face was perfectly round and lips were tiny but plump. Kissable no doubt.

His left eye glowed a lilac purple while the other glowed a sky blue.

His hair was a shimmering silver that flowed passed his shoulders.

His eye brows were that of a darker shade of silver but above his lilac eye was a black streak in his brow.

I smiled at him "The goddess truly chose well for us."

Though I, naturally being an alpha, have a massive physique. I'm an easy 6'5" and with a muscular build.

However, my hair and brows are raven, I was born with a silver streak above my left brow.

I broke the lock from the cage. Opening the door I reached my hand out for my mate.

Instead of him reaching back, he bit me emitting a yelp.

Trembling, he tried to push himself further away from me.

I sat on the outside of the cage with my legs crossed.

"I know that you're scared my angel, but I promise with every ounce of my soul that I wouldn't ever hurt you. Do you feel the pull to me? I'm your mate." I tell him lovingly

He sat there shaking, but his eyes never left mine.

I needed to get him out of here.

Though I would like to slowly gain his trust and win him over, now was not the time nor place.

I pushed out a scent of my pheramones, hoping to sooth his emotions.

And it did.

He unclurled his body and sat on his hands and knees. He was fighting his urges to come to me.

I let out a stronger scent of my pheramones and he slowly made his was to my lap with a high pitched whine in his throat.

"That's is angel. I wont hurt you I promise." I cooed as he sat in my lap.

I grabbed his legs and wrapped them around my waist, bringing our chests together.

I felt his face rubbing against my neck. No doubt he was scent marking. I did the same.

I slowly wrapped my arms around his waist and lifted us both off the floor.

"Let's go home." I tell him.

When I spoke, he freaked out. He started clawing at my back and thrashing in my arms.

He was scared. I had no idea what extent of damage was done to my mate, but it hurt me and my wolf.

I emitted my pheramones once again cooing his with loving words. Calming him enough to make it out of the building.

The moment we made it to the clearing to head back to the car, I spotted Jacob running towards us.

"Alpha would you like me to.. Oh god.. Phew!" Jacob covers his nose to block out the strength of my pheramones.

"Do you want him to travel with the others?" Pointing at the omega in my arms.

"Not if you want your hands cut off for touching my mate." I say with a light jest in my tone.

"Your mate!? Oh my gosh! Let's go now!!" Jacob yelled knowing the urgency.

My mate started thrashing again in my arms the minute Jacobs voice gave too much excitement.

"Calm, my angel, it's okay." I coo, scenting him again.

I sat in the back seat with him still in my arms. He was rubbing his nose along my neck with a slight purr in his chest. It gave every ounce I had in me not to get hard at the fact my mate was in my lap rubbing himself on me.

The drive way long, or so it felt.

When we made it back to the pack my shirt was in shambles, and though I heal quicker than most my shirt was covered with dried blood. My mate had gone through a few spasms and clawed at my sides.

"Big brother!" I lokked around and spotted my younger sister Cassidy over the crowd, jumping up and down, waving her hand in the air like a maniac.

I wave her over with one arm. When she got close enough, I held a hand out to her to stop her.

Her eyes looked over the person in my arms with amusement and curiosity. I held a finger to my lips to give her the "be quiet" notion. She gave me a nod. She followed me quietly to my house, looking over at the both of us a few times, then down at my blood stained shirt.

I pushed my thumb to the print lock on my door and the lock opened up. Cassidy walked in first and turned on a few lights. I walked over to the couch and looked at Cassidy. With a heavy sigh, I slowly set down my mate. The moment I let go, he gripped the couch, looking around in fear. Giving out a loud whine he jumped off and started scrambling around the room to a corner. He huddled in to himself shaking and whining as though he was hurt.

"What's wrong with him brother?" She asks with a pained voice.

"He's my mate, and I'm going to need you're help."
