After returning from the O.H. I was hesitating and debating on whether I should stay at the pack house and let my sister be with my mate. But the bond was pulling me and I couldn't help but head back home.

I put my thumb on the lock and it clicked open.

I took a few steps inside before Cassidy shoved me against the wall.

I let out a bubbly laugh. She would get like this from time to time, messing around.

"Come on Cass, quit it." I tell her while laughing.

She shoved me again and slapped me.

"Baby slaps!" I teased her laughing louder. She jumped on my back with a pitiful attempt to take me down.

"Oh god, Noooo." I tease playfully as I fall to the floor making her think she had won.

She and I were laughing hysterically. My thoughts brought me back to my mate.

I looked around and to find him sitting on my kitchen island, drowing in one of my oversized shirts.

"Hi, my angel." I say to him as I sit up with Cassidy crawling off my back.

He didn't respond, he just sat there eyeing me.

Cassidy walked over and whispered in his ear. He blushed.

Cassidy took his hand as kissed it, the low growl that rumbled in me caused both of them to look up at me.

"Cass, that's not funny." I tell her. She smiled at me and let go of his hand.

"This is Saige by the way." Cass tells me as she runs her fingers through his hair.

"Saige says you smell like chocolate." She teased.

My eyes met his and he reddened deeply. I smiled.

"Listen, I settled the new intake of omega's. I managed to pull a cot out for Saige if you want to take him there."

Saige became frantic.

"Hey, it's ok. Calm down cutie. The Omega house is just a place where you sleep." Cassidy attempted to calm Saige.

"Ooor, if you'd like, why don't you and Cass take the spare room? Cass you don't mind a sleepover do you." I suggested.

"Yay! Can we please Snack, Davi?" Cass begged. I started laughing.

"Second cabinet up top, but you better pick up your mess this time Cass. Last time it took me half an hour to get all the popcorn kernals off the floor." She hugged me and I kissed the top of her head.

"Come on Saige it's movies and cuddle time. You're going to try all these snacks until you feel like you're gonna pop!" Cass grinned at Saige as she helped him off the counter.

As they passed me to head to the guest room Saige looked up at me, I could have sworn I saw a smile.

"I'll be across the hall. Goodnight Cass. Goodnight my angel." Saige hopped on the bed and looked at me from the room. Staring, but saying nothing.

I hadn't even noticed that not once since my return had he whined or curled into a corner.

Great work Cass, I thought to myself.

At 5:30 in the morning, I heard my alarm go off and I blindly reached out to shut it off.

I rubbed my eyes as tried to roll on my back.

Realizing I had rolled over on something. Or someone.

I knew I smelt vanilla and cinnamon.

Here next to me slept my tiny mate.

Curled into my back.

I wonder when he had snuck in here. 

I lay there looking over his face. His lips slightly parted and a tiny purr rumbling.

It was the best morning I could have had. Til Cassidy ran into my room freaked out.

She must've thought Saige had taken off.

The moment she saw Saige curled into me she let out an 'Awww.'

Saige started to stirr in his sleep and I froze.

He's going to freak out when he realized he was next to me.

He slowly, and adorably opened his eyes. The moment he focused and saw my face he inhaled deeply.

"Wait. Before you get scared, you're in my bed. I'm going to back away from you slowly ok? I promise I wont hurt you." Saige froze and waited for me to move. I slid off the bed to the best of my ability, hands in the air as a surrender. Lifting his head off my pillow he spotted Cass standing in the doorway.

He sat up and gave he a tiny wave.

"Rain needs a run so I'm heading out to meet Jacob. I'll be back in an hour. Why don't both of you eat breakfast and then we'll head over to the O.H. We have a lot to go over and both of you need to be there."

Cass gave me a wave and Saige just gave the usual stare.

The morning routine at the O.H. was quite hectic. We we're at full capacity and the new omega's were unsure of everything. As I walked up to the building with Saige and Cass at my heel, I met with 25 beta women from my pack.

"Good morning ladies. Are you all ready and excited for today?"

"Good morning Alpha. We're ready!" The ladies beamed with excitement.

They all follow in unison and made their way inside.

There were 26 rooms in this building. Each housing two omega's per room. 8 Shower rooms and a huge hall for breakfast, meeting, classes, etc.

This morning there were chairs set up in rows for the new intakes. The beta women made their way to the right side of the hall and forming a line.

I walked to the front and Cass followed me, thus Saige following Cass.

"Good morning. My name is Davian. Welcome to the Dark Moon pack.

There are a few things I'd like to go over with you this morning.

First and foremost, abuse, violence, harassment, of any kind is not tolerated here. You as an omega have the right to your own personal boundaries. You must inform me if you or anyone in this pack is a victim of any of these. Understood?" The omega's nodded their heads but said nothing.

"Second, the southern part of the pack is off limits to all of you. That wing is for the Rogue rehabilitation center.

Third, I truly from the bottom of my heart am sorry for the suffering you have endured. Your safety is my number one concern. I know this is new for all of you, and I understand that you're all unsure and afraid. But things will get better and it will be ok."

I looked over at my beta ladies.

"Finally, these women to my left are known as the 'Beta Buddies.'  Each Beta is assigned to one of you. They will not only help you adjust here, but they will become your rock. They are trained theraputically to help you overcome your fears, traumas, and concerns. Questions or needs of any kind, you can turn to your beta buddy or to myself. Any questions?"

Silence fell over the room.

"Beta's." I stated firmly.

"Yes alpha."

"Find your buddy and give them love. They deserve it. Metting adjourned."

The ladies spread out over the room to find their omega buddy. They sat with them and started talking.

The room grew a little louder with the chatter.

Jenna, one of my beta's, walked over to me and put a hand on my shoudler to show me the inventory report for our omega house. I looked over the list.

What caught my attention was a tiny growl emitting from behind me.

I turned to see Saige eyeing the Jenna, with a pup growl.

When Saige has noticed me staring at him with a lifted brow he yelped and hid behind Cass.

I turned around and signed off on the inventory list.

Once Jenna had gone her way leaving with a smile on her face, I turned to Cass.

Saige still hidden behind.

I leaned around Cass til Saige's eyes met mine.

"Don't worry my angel, my eyes are only for you."
