Mention of Rape and Violence

Saige's POV

When I was 13, an alpha Kent barged into our home.

He hurt my mom and dad. He sniffed me out, I was hiding under a trap door in our kitchen.

He said omegas like me were worth a lot of money. So much money, he felt it was worth killing my parents.

I was dragged from my home, taken to a new pack, and stuffed in a cage. Alone.

Alpha Kent said I wasn't old enough to be sold yet, so he put me on display.

Alpha Kent would have me kneel by his side when he held his shows.

I watched for 5 years as many different omega's were beaten, raped, and sold, right before my eyes.

Many men offered to have me. I watched as the price for me went higher and higher.

Alpha Kent said the man that paid the highest for me would be my mate, and that I would belong to him.

However, he wanted to wait for my 18th birthday.

The night of my 18th birthday, the men came and washed me, and draped me in a sheer cloth.

They took me to a dark room, shoved me in a small cage, and told me it was the night I was to be sold.

I waited my fate, terrified of what was in store for me.

I heard a lot of noises outside the room. I felt my body shake from the fear.

Things got quiet after awhile, were they bidding on me?

What was my mate going to be like?

Would he beat me like the others? Would he make me do nasty things?

I heard the door across the way being kicked in. I couldn't help but whine in fear.

I couldn't stop my body from shaking so severely.

Suddenly to the door was kicked in to my room.

I growled at first but then whined as the fear took over.

Chocolate and trees.

Why is my mouth watering? Oh goddess I was scared.

The whine in me grew louder and the footsteps came closer.

The cover of my cage was pulled off and I saw the man kneel outside my cage.

He smelled soo good, but he was going to hurt me like the others.

He called me his mate. So he was the highest bidder?

He broke the lock for my cage and reached for me, my fear of him touching me made me lash out and bite him.

I thought he would hurt me for sure after that.

My whine grew louder.

The man sat down and stared at me for a bit before my senses picked up a smell that was driving me crazier.

I wanted to go to him, but the fear was far to great.

The scent only grew stronger and I found myself crawling onto his lap.

I couldn't control the urge to rub my face all over him. His scent made my mouth water.

His touch made me feel good. I hadn't realized what I was doing til I heard his voice and the fear kicked in.

He was going to hurt me. I fought as hard as I could but his scent kept overtaking me.

Next thing I knew, I was being placed down on something in an unfamliar place.

I look for a way out, but I was too scared of the Alpha that stood before me. I huddled in a corner and shook from the fear.

Next to him stood a girl. She looked like the alpha but I couldn't sense her as the fear overpowered me completely.

The Alpha crouched in from of me telling me she was an omega and that she was going to stay with me while he left.

Why does he call me angel? Why hasn't he hurt me yet? Would she hurt me?

Where did they take me?

Cassidy was her name. She didn't make any violent moves towards me. She only asked me my name.

Would she hurt me or not feed me if I didn't tell her my name?

She had offered me food, and I was starving. I told her my name.

She offered me food. Bread and water was what I'd always get. I hadn't eaten for awhile.

Pancakes? Are those tiny cakes?

Cassidy called me over, she seemed nice but would she hurt me if I disobeyed?

I walked over to her, I don't think she liked what I was wearing.

Would she make me wear something the alpha would like?

She brought over a cloth, and made me put my hands up.

What was she going to do? I stood naked and waited.

She put the cloth over my head and the smell of  chocolate engulfed my senses. It took every ounce of me not to purr and roll around.

I watched as Cassidy made me food.

I thought I'd only get water and bread. She took the time to make something for me.

Maybe she's not so bad, but I didn't want to get my hopes up.

She asked me about a mate, and I told her what Alpha Kent told me.

I think I made her mad, she stopped making me food.

She said that whatever alpha Kent said to me was a lie.

Cassidy told me of another kind of mate.

It sounded like what my mama and papa had when I was younger. They loved eachother.

The alpha from earlier did smell really good and I wanted to be near him again. But the fear of him was far too much.

Cassidy handed me a plate. She even cut up my food. The pancakes were so warm and so delicious! I couldn't help but scarf them down. I think I would say pancakes are my favorite!

Cassidy also said, Davian, would do anything to protect me. Would even die trying.

She said she'd prove it, and though I was scared I waited to see what she meant.

Davian walked in the door and Cassidy pushed him into the wall.

He didn't hurt her though, I thought for sure he was going to fight her.

He laughed? She hit him and he laughed at her again.

She jumped on him and took the big alpha down?

Maybe he wasn't so scary or she was really tough.

They stopped rolling around and his eyes met mine.

He called me angel again. I almost melted. His gaze wasn't scarey, it was something else.

Cassidy whispered in my ear. She told me to watch as Davian would get jealous if she licked my arm.

I felt a heat rise in my face at the thought.

Davian told Cassidy he made room for me somewhere and the fear kicked in, once again.

I thought back to the cages and the dark.

Whining in fear Cassidy tried to calm me down.

Davian said I could stay here with Cassidy. No clue as to what a sleepover was.

Cassidy said she was going to stuff me till I pop, whatever that meant.

As I followed Cassidy I passed Davian. His scent filling my nose, I wonder if I licked his skin would he taste like chocolate too?

I almost smiled at the thought.

After stuffing ourselves with snacks, I found to love red licorice, caramel popcorn, and I think they're called oreos?

Cassidy put a movie on the TV but I was too tired to pay attention.

I don't remember a time I've ever had this much food.

I dozed off after curling into a ball.

Hoping this wasn't a dream. This was a lot better then a cage, and I didn't want it to go away.

I woke up drenched in sweat. Panting in fear of not knowing where I was.

Cassidy. That's right, I was with Cassidy. This wasn't a dream.

Thank the goddess.

The smell of chocolate waffed my senses, I found myself following the scent.

It brought me to Alpha Davian's room. I wanted to roll all over him. Now I know what Cassidy meant by a scent being addicting.

He didn't seem like he'd hurt me. I felt the need to be near him.

I crawled my way onto Davian's bed and curled into him.

Calmness settled within. I'll just wake up before he does, so he won't know I was here.

I dozed off, feeling the best I'd ever felt in my entire life.
